Service Service and their appearance of the hotel towels were dirty dirty looks like sheets were not changed overall hotel dirty bath tub falling apart

Don't Waste Your Money!! Our stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston NW Brookhollow, was definitely not an enjoyable experience. The hotel rooms were dirty (because we tried 3 different rooms, and each one was worse than the previous one.) There were dirt rings in the tub, hair on the floor in the bathroom and sleeping areas and to top it off, not enough towels for the four of us. The afternoon/evening front desk (female) clerk was not hospitable at all. She acted as if we were bothering her. Breakfast was not good! The first floor of the hotel smelled horrible, during our entire stay. I could list a number of other issues, but I will stop here. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and my family and I won't be staying here again either!

Horrible Experience! Worst place ever to stay!!!!! I would NEVER stay here again Nor would I recommend this place again. The hotel smells! Filthy rooms!Breakfast was horrible. From fake egg patties, watered down juice, and coffee. The boiled eggs were already peeled. Anyone could touch them. Gross! Not sanitary at all. nats flying around from a leaking ceiling. The pictures on the website are highly photoshopped! Seriously! I wish I can have my money back!! From my pictures you’ll see mold on the shower ceiling, dried cake on the walls, old furniture, holes in the walls, water hardness in the coffee pot, and yes that’s how the coffee pot was presented. Dirty shower, vent covered with dust, just plain dirty. I deserve my money back

I need my refund I have been waiting on my refund for almost 4 days now I've called numerous times and still haven't been helped ... you have to be 21 and up to get a room there and it's not shown on the booking website saying such.

Prepare for guest Breakfast was cold both mornings. Had 2use microwave just 2warm my eggs n sausage. I can appreciate the new improvements. Let’s make sure hot breakfast is hot for your guests. Your elevator needs improvements
