Wonderful Great service. Lovely room. Staff super friendly, attentive and prompt. Stayed 3 nights and kids loved it. As a single mom traveling with my children, I felt safe staying here. Will definitely return.

This is unacceptable.. Just took the shuttle from the airport and pictures will explain. One person checking in. This is ridiculous. FYI I am Titanium member. Never seen anything like this. Can they get more people at the check in? There’s no line for elite members.

Great hotel close to Houston Intercontinental Airport!! If I could leave more than 5 starts I would! This hotel exceed my expectations during my stay in Houston. The airport shuttle was clean and on time as promised by Megan at the front desk. The driver was very nice and got me to the hotel promptly. I was even able to check in on my app and was issued a digital key on the ride to the hotel, so I just went straight to the elevator and right to my room. They even upgraded me to a high floor with a great view! The room was quiet and the bed was super comfortable and just what I needed after a long day of flying!! Being in the airline industry I rarely find customer service and reliability this good. Overall my experience was top notch and I highly recommend staying here if you need a good night sleep before or after your flight into Houston Intercontinental.

Near airport nice hotel Good location being close to the airport but not too close that you hear all the airplane noise. I noticed security in the parking lot and throughout the hotel. Actually saw a security guard in the lobby and on my floor which made me wonder about the area needing so much security. Mind you I did arrive around midnight due to a delayed flight. Nonetheless the hotel had a large welcoming lobby, staff was very friendly and the check in process seamless. Room was very modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. They even had a spray for your pillow to help you sleep. Nice touch. The only downside was there was not really food around the hotel with walking distance but they did have a hotel restaurant and bar so that helped.

Not ready for guests. This property is being renovated. Wait until it is complete and do research to be sure is it suitable before you book your stay. The "renovated" room has a very small place to hang clothes and only two small drawers for storage. The humidity in our room was so high, the towels would not dry overnight. There is no housekeeping service unless you "book" an appointment. There is an outdoor pool but not yet usable. The "restaurant/lounge" is extremely overpriced. (A glass of wine is $19.50. We pay $16.00 a bottle at home for the same wine.) Weekday breakfast is prepackaged pastries, cold cereal, prepackaged oatmeal and fresh fruit. Weekend breakfast is a buffet, but the food was cold. There is no lunch served. We were there for a reunion with about 40 people. Saturday night's banquet consisted of a small salad, dry breaded chicken with some kind of curry sauce on part of it, a small piece of broccolini on the side and a piece of cake. All for $50 per person. On the up side, the staff was pleasant. Basic Wi-fi in the room was free with BonVoy membership. Otherwise it was around $12.
