Fabulous Great location, great rooms. I enjoyed the jacuzzi in the pool area. Convenient accessible AC outlets on desk and bed. Refrigerator and safebox in room. Parking was good and accesible with your room key, even salute and recognize you. (Use the second floor close to elevator. From first floor you need to turn around the parking lot to access the hotel, if raining not nice). Amenities were ok except no body shampoo. No bottle of water in the room. WC in bathroom uncomfortable, bad planned.

Don't bother Went to the Sheraton Suites during the Big Freeze. On the positive side Charles at the front desk is an awesome employee and the suites are nice. However during check-in I was told (by some one besides Charles) that the restaurant was closed, not due to the freeze, but due to COVID. I was told they had extra food in the Gift Shop. That was disappointing as we not only wanted a hot shower but hot food. We purchased turkey and cheese sandwiches from the refrigerator in the gift shop and imagine the look on our face when we get back to our room and the sandwiches are frozen. Ever have frozen, soggy turkey on water logged bread? Me either as we threw them out.

Quick Remedy I experienced a menial conflict of a social nature during my stay that I brought to the attention of hotel management. Delightfully and to my surprise, the staff and GM responded quickly and graciously to resolve the matter. As always, all else was perfect!

Assault and Theft On the morning of August 16st, 2020, my wife and I were robbed of our property and physically assaulted within the hotel's premises. It occurred on the main driveway, at the entrance of the lobby itself. Much to our disappointment, there was no security on watch to protect us and NONE of the cameras - out of 5 installed outside - work. Nothing was recorded. If my wife and I had been killed that day no one would have know about the transgression that occurred that night. The manager on site apologized (and still charged us for the nights, wow!) for not having equipment that worked on site and even dared ask us if we had recorded the incident with our own phones while we were being attacked - incredible. Our phone and credit card were stolen! My wife and I sustained bodily injuries (blood on my side) and it is as if nothing happened. Never staying in this property again and what a huge disappointment for a 7-year platinum member of the brand.
