Comfortable and affordable I enjoyed staying here. The best was comfortable as heck and the room was spacious. The staff was great to work with. Extremely nice. I'd have not a single problem staying here again. There's a couple restaurants across the parking lot, plus their own place inside the hotel.

No Shuttle as advertised Room was nice, hotel is nice. Restaurant breakfast and staff very good. Called from airport for shuttle. Was told you have to get here on your own! No shuttles as advertised. Shuttles are parked in front of front door. I was upset and hung up. Transportation was $36. Got to hotel to check in and was treated very rudely for hanging up. Asked for another agent, got checked in. Rooms are made up only every 5 days.

Disappointing - and why isn't the pool open earlier? So sad that this hotel is not what it used to be. No early morning complimentary coffee in the lobby, restricted hours for the pool which makes it unusable for most working people, no shuttle service to the airport or anywhere else - but two buses sit in the parking lot. My room was newly redecorated and very clean so no complaint there. And the location is great with many dining options within walking distance. But why not open the pool at 7 AM? They have a great pool! Silly me - I left my Kindel in the room. I called twice and left messages to try to get it shipped back to me but no call back. They are not responsible for items left behind - I get it - but no return phone call???

Excellent service We needed a room during a weather emergency. April, at the front desk was excellent when I called & later when we checked in. She was kind, helpful & efficient. The room was clean & nice. Not fancy, but had everything needed & was nicely appointed.

Old and dirty The toilet doesn’t flush down. The sink doesn’t work. The water almost arrived my knee when I took shower. Old and dirty! Do not recommend this hotel. This is the worst hotel I ever had before, and this is my first time wrote the review. So angry!
