DO NOT STAY HERE! UNCLEANED ROOM, WOULD NOT REFUND DO NOT STAY HERE! Our bathroom was not cleaned, it had a used bar of soap, hair in the tub, half used shampoo bottle, sticky floor, dirty sink counter. The carpet is filthy (they said they are getting them shampooed next week so they aren’t cleaning them). I showed the desk clerk the condition and asked for their best room. He offered us another room, that the shower looked worse, a tiled shower with grungy grout., that was the best they could do. I offered to clean the bathroom, they refused to supply anything. We were too tired to move. The next day we asked for a refund from the manager, who was to see me when she arrived and I had to find her an hour later sitting in the lobby.. She said no, you used the room. I said it was not cleaned, they said yes it was. I told them I showed the other clerk, he saw. She said he did not document anything and she was there and she could have looked, but he said she was not working. LIES, LIES, and more lies.

Disgusting This place was absolutely disgusting. Completely stained carpet from wall to wall. The room and hallway reeked of cigarette smoke, there wete cigarette burns in the blanket, unfinished drywall patching, and no hot water. I had to take a cold shower. They then denied my request for a refund on the first day. I was out until midnight. Finding a different hotel at midnight is beyond an inconvenience. Again, all that and they refused to refund me.

Hold Pending till???? I stayed at this place last week for one night on Tuesday the 26th check in 9pm check out 11am. I am told one minute after I paid for my room “The new owner like deposits as a separate charge up to $100” Now I can’t say I have ever paid a deposit for a below average hotel room. It’s late I am tired I don’t feel like arguing about. The next morning I check out and the room rate is posted on my credit card and I am on way. At 1:30 on the 27th I get a text message from my bank saying a new charge was attempting to be processed for $75 not refunded but charged!! The Bank declined and this went 3 times that day. I call the Hotel and they say they have no idea what I am talking about I need to speak with the owner. The owner is unavailable. Fast forward to today the original charge for the room has settled but now 2 more attempted charges for this $75 again. At this point I want to find out what’s going on??? This place charges a deposit because most of these rooms are paid for by trucking companies and travelers from other states. He has his staff stick a deposit on there and then he keeps it unless someone like me calls and complains. Then he has to return it. He is rolling the dice on what individual or company catches it. This little enterprise he has going has about a 77% take rate. There is a guest profile identifier used to decide how much to charge each person for these “Deposits”. Also I am a choice Diamond member than means I have at least stayed on Properties 50 times in the past year so they could report me for tearing any place up! Ok well the point I am making is Don’t stay there Don’t Pay his Deposit! My mathematics he is collecting 20-30k in deposits a month? A take rate of 77% is about $23,000 a month….

gross Front desk staff was friendly but other than that this place quite seriously needs to be completely gutted and redone or torn down and start over. The blankets had gross stuff on them and had not been washed comforter holes in it mold in the bathroom. Our diverter did not work for the shower and they never came to fix it so we had to get our own pliers to get it to work. Very dirty the list goes on.

Seriously, DO NOT STAY HERE- Nasty dirty, drug hole People smoking and using drugs. The smells of are indescribable, next to a strip club and truck stop, they failed to mention when making reservation a month in advance. They assured me that the hotel was safe and clean… a huge lie! People were arguing/tweaking in the halls all night. Holes in the walls and door, dirty sheets, cigarette burnt pillows and mattress. This was the only hotel available. I am now worried about the air we breathed.
