This is the ghetto man’s Casino The hotel tries to come off as a legit hotel/Casino but as soon as you walk in you realize its a knockoff trying to fool people. First off they have literally only TWO elevators and one of them is broken, leaving guests to wait ridiculously ling just to go up and down from their rooms. The hotel rooms are also phony. Sure the carpet and decor look refreshed but you can tell by the motel style bathtub and tile that this was some cheap ass hotel like a Super8 that they turned into a “Hotel/Casino”. Here’s the laughable part too. They have a fitness center/gym. Oh but its closed down still because of Covid. Yeah you can literally walk around here all day and sit next to people with no masks on and touch the same gambling machines but god forbid you try to workout, oh no that’s too much a risk. Give me a break. Will NEVER stay here again. They truly only cater to those who are gambling and could care less about the hotel side of things. Do yourself a favor. Find another hotel to stay in. And go to a real casino if your looking for real action.

Blames poor customer service on COVID Our check in process was smooth, or so I thought. She knew we were only staying two nights, but didn't say they would not clean our room during our stay. We used towels and left them in a pile as we normally do. We stayed out all day and came back to the hotel at 11:45 preparing to get ready for bed. Well, the towels were still on the floor and the bed wasn't made. I then realized there was no phone in the room. I went to the front desk and was greeted by a VERY RUDE female employee. I asked why the room wasn't clean and she said, because of COVID, they only clean the room every other day. I asked her why we weren't told that when we checked in. She ignorer the question and said they will clean the room in the morning. I told her we were checking out in the morning and I HOPED they would clean the room. I told her that we didn't have any towels. She just stared at me like I hadn't said 1 word. She then said, “Because of COVID, ” and I cut her off. I asked her was that her answer for everything. There was a male employee standing who heard our conversation. We volunteered to bring me towels. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. Poor customer service!

Are they kidding? Stayed overnight May 10. We’ve visited Jake’s Casino Hotel many times in the past. We were very unpleasantly surprised during this hotel stay, the first since the COVID restrictions were implemented. Our room had NO PHONE and no coffee. Coffee not available on property in the morning before 8 am! Not having a phone in the room is a serious safety issue. What if we had a medical or security problem??? The front desk said we could call the reservation number from a cell phone or physically come to the front desk. Not a realistic possibility in an emergency! No vending machines or ice...but this is more an inconvenience. Seems they use COVID as an excuse to cut down on services, perhaps to save money?

People packed like sardines - Petri dish for Covid We went here Saturday night since we were in the area. We are usual patrons of this casino. Slots are hit and miss. The reason I'm writing this is their blatant disregard for Covid regulations. There were only a few people going around cleaning seats and machines. Some machines had plastic barriers between slots while others were turned off and they checked temperatures at the door. They were not limiting guests, however. It was more packed in there then it was pre-Covid. They just seem interested in regaining from their losses due to their closure. Very little social distancing going on. Wear two masks if you go.

TIGHTEST SLOTS ON THIS PLANET!!!! AVOID THIS CASINO!!!! What a disappointment Jake's 58 Casino is! I'm not sure if they used to have better payouts pre-covid but they are obviously trying to recoup their losses after being closed for several months. This casino is ridiculously tiny almost like the size of a shoebox. I've been in shoe stores bigger than this casino. Do yourself a favor and go to a real casino. Might I add, I was betting $50 spins and the bonuses were non-existent and the only bonus I got paid under $30.00! I tried several other slot machines and it was the same nightmare. No bonuses just lousy payouts for a few dollars when betting high amounts. What does that say about this casino? Total RIPOFF!!!! Avoid this joke of a casino and save your hard earned money with no chance of winning.
