Wouldn’t Stay Again This is why I stay at Hiltons. I don’t know when the last time management or anyone has walked through and looked at these rooms but they are in poor shape. There’s mold in the bathrooms, wallpaper peeling, and a terrible smell in the room I just couldn’t identify. I know with Covid things are limited but the complementary breakfast was just cereal. They could’ve done more.

A central location - A good location to investigate the Finger Lakes. We visited many locations and lakes from this point. Easy to get to the WGI race way to many wineries. Always very welcoming. Still doing grab and go for Breakfast. They have figured it out. New York has a high vaccination rate and masks were not required- but the staff wore mask for the comfort of the clients. Good follow up on requests. We felt safe to walk every AM.

Modern, clean, friendly, and safe. I stopped here for 2 nights while I was exploring the Finger Lakes area. The hotel had very good CV-19 protocols, with sanitizer located most places, and sanitizer wipes available. Everything was clean and modern, although there was only one USB charging socket in the room (part of the clock radio), so bring your own chargers. Breakfast was a clean and simple affair: cereals, tea/coffee, yoghurts, fruit, and muffins.

Slacking in the reopening (June 18,2021) pool and hot breakfast still not happening!) Just disappointed. There's been plenty of time to reopen pools and most hotels have. There maybe restrictions but they are at least open. We stayed in Geneva one month ago and had the pool, hot tub and a hot breakfast!

Need to buy a luggage cart! We arrived for a 3 night stay with a group of cycling friends. Having quite a bit of luggage/supplies to get to the room, there was no luggage cart to be found. We searched all 4 floors and it was MIA for 2 hours. Yes, someone must have put it in their room, but the hotel should have more than one cart. We were told "the other one had been stolen". Ultimately we bought a carrier from Walmart. The staff finally put a sign up at the elevators and the lone car appeared. And from the attached photo you can see that it wasn't even the size of carts in most hotel/motels. You'd have only been able to hang a few clothes on the hook or load couple of suitcases. A Marriott lodging of this quality should do better. We did ask to be reimbursed for the cart we bought and that was done without further discussion or apology for the inconvenience. Also, the breakfast offered (even by Covid standards) was the least we encountered in 7 or 8 hotel/motel stays on this trip. I would have rated lower but have offset the bad with the good - overall friendly staff and clean, nice rooms. They'd have gotten a 5 with a REAL luggage cart (and more than one) and more complete breakfast offerings.
