Very dirty hotel This has to be one of the filthiest hotels I have ever stayed at. Where do I start? The place smells awful like wet dog. Water not working one morning. Hand sanitiser not kept filled. No coffee. Bed old and very uncomfortable. This hotel Needs a major renovation. Used to be a Candlewood property so last renovation was like putting lipstick on a pig. I suggest staying as far away as you can from this hotel!

Glad I found this Wow, my first time with this brand and am very happy. Suite had a large room and large bathroom and a FULL kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, pans, everything . Clean safe place with nice clients and good staff. The building doesn't really stand out as a hotel, it just blends in like a condo type building, so you might miss it, but don't!

Horrible experience for two days I am disappointed and our backs are hurting badly and for two days now and can’t even have seafood here, doesn’t say that when booking or checking in. I will have to go to the hospital today because of my back. Do not waste your time and money coming here until they have corrected the situation. may have to contact the Attorney general’s office about this issue, consumer complaint.

Poor Service, Not for business travelers or stay with family. Stayed here from Sept 10, 2023 to Sept 16, 2023. Rooms are quite. They do not clean the rooms daily or even once in 2 or 3 days. Even if the guests stay for 10 days, their policy is to clean once every SEVEN days!!!. They do not mention this at the time of booking. We were shocked to hear at the time of check in. Even to change the towels on daily basis, they have objections. After we insisted, very reluctantly, they agreed to change on daily basis. Staff are not bad. But not very helpful. There are no restaurants or coffee shops within walking distance. Need to drive at least 3 or 4 miles for a cup of coffee. The condiments they provide is useless for early morning coffee. Most of the people staying buy groceries and cook inside (as this is a suit hotel). Perhaps they are happy with once every seven days cleaning!!! This is not a hotel for business travelers or family travelers for pleasure. Won;t recommend, won't go back.

Worst hotel experience Cancelled my reservation, even though informed of my late arrival. Then charged more than initial fee. Room advertised as queen, at best was a full. Brought to their attention right away. Stay elsewhere!
