Good for an overnight. Good for an overnight stay. Rooms have been updated and are standard. Bed was comfortable and we didn't hear any outside noise. There is no elevator so ask for a 1st floor room if you dont want to carry everything up 2 flights. Breakfast area is a little small. They had cereal, oatmeal, biscuits, sausage and gravy. Only fruit was bananas.

Won’t ever stay here again. I stay in hotels about six months out of the year for work. Have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past for business and leisure purposes. Haven’t ever had such a poor experience and I’ve found myself in some poor quality hotels in the past. This one isn’t poor quality, since I keep coming back. It’s the staff here that has me not coming back to this hotel ever again. I’m not going to go on a big rant here. I just think that anyone reading this would be better served going somewhere else. There are other hotels in Kearney that probably treat there guests better.

dirty floor in the room Floors in the room very dirty. Shower would not drain, when you would run the water hair from former guests would float up out of the drain. Would not stay here again.

Nice, affordable stay On the whole, I’d say this hotel is 3/5. For the price it’s 5/5. If you’re looking for a really nice place, keep looking. If you’re looking for a place that is clean and comfortable and won’t break your budget, this is a fantastic option. It provides a nice stay for our four nights in the KC area!

Great stay for a great value Location was great during our long road trip. Before turnpike, easy on and off. Fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. Quiet room, slept great. Safe area for staying. Definitely would stay again while traveling through.
