Extreme state of disrepair The people who work here are SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL but the facility is not up to par. I am writing this in the hope that corporate leadership sees how the state disrepair is ruining an otherwise great hotel. Our room was not clean and had stray hairs that were not ours in the shower. The room looked run down and smelled musty. The worst part was that our room flooded from water coming from the floor above, which rendered the bathroom barely usable and caused things we had on the floor to get wet. It was all handled properly when reported, but this place is structurally not in good shape and should really close completely until all the renovations are complete.

Perfect spot to explore Keene Everything was wonderful for our recent stay. Check in was so well prepared and was able to check in one hour early. Love the variety of pillows, found my favorite one. Breakfast was more than continental and the cinnamon rolls and fresh pancakes were delicious. Very clean rooms. The pool was also wonderful and so happy to see the handicap lift for swimming. Would absolutely stay again.

Good Hotel, Nothing Fancy I stayed here for a single night while in the area for business. The hotel is easy to find in a built up area with shopping, a few restaurants and a gas station within walking distance. Check in was smooth, and the room was basic. Decent size, clean but a little dated in terms of power outlets and furnishings. Everything worked and the hotel was very quiet leading to a good nights sleep. If back in Keene I would consider staying here again or what looks to be a almost new Hampton Inn across the street.

Excellent. Staff is great and hotel is comfortable. Excellent! It was great from the start. The front desk agents greeted me with a smile right then, I knew it was gonna be a good one. Check in process was smooth and rooms were clean and comfortable.

DONT STAY HERE PLEASE Coming from a young couple who travels often, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I am not sure why there’s any good reviews. The rooms smell like cigarette smoke, and are extremely outdated and moldy. There was a guy with a dirt bike on our floor who was screaming all night and the fire alarm went off from 1:00-2:00am because they couldn’t figure out how to turn it off (assuming it went off cus someone was smoking, this whole place wreaks of cigarettes and old wood) please don’t stay here. We left early and went to another hotel, let’s see if they give us our money back. If not I am going to take it up with my credit card company. Insane!!!!
