WORSE Hampton Ever First off the WORST Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. First off I booked a rook the afternoon of my stay and at 8 pm ish I received a call that the room had been canceled, mind you I was on the road about 30 min from the hotel, all other Hamptons were booked full. I ended up staying at the Holiday Inn down the road, and it was the last room and only because someone cancelled last minute. We complaint and didn't get 100% guarantee, guess Hampton only gives 60% guarantee now. Ended up staying their 3 days later, thought we would give them a chance to redeem there self. But again, they FAILED. We I got to the room after a long day on the road, all I wanted was a shower and to relax. I got ready for my shower and NO TOWELS in the room, I had to get dressed go to the desk to get a Towel, I was lucky they had a clean towel. Called Corporate to complain and was told it was a franchise and nothing they could do. VERY DISSAFIIED CUSTOMER.

The Goods and Not So Goods I don't travel but six or eight times a year but when I do, I prefer Hamptons if one is available. This Hampton is a notch below the norm for Hamptons. The pool was closed and the rooms' TV cable set-up is an absolute mystery. I don't know when I've ever been so frustrated that I felt like throwing the remote against the wall. The breakfast was not quite up to the Hampton standards, either. On a positive note, we slept well on a comfortable bed and the fitness center had some very good equipment, including ellipticals, treadmills and various weights.

Go elsewhere Not my expectation for a Hampton, clearly needs some TLC. Before we even got to our room the floor outside the elevator was very slippery, almost fell a couple times coming and going. When we got to the room there was no hand soap, less than a half roll of toilet paper and the box of tissues was placed in a ceramic tissue holder but were all wet and stunk, kind of like they were dropped into the toilet! Had to go to the front desk to get more, no sorry about that, was just handed what I needed. The bathtub had mold showing around the tub and the bathroom door wouldnt latch. We typically stay at Hamptons because we know what to expect and always expect much better than this, this was the worse Hampton we've ever stayed at! Won't make that mistake again!

Serious lapse in quality control Compared to most Hampton Inns, this one had some problems in the bathroom: 1) No bar soap in the room, 2) The shower gel had about 1 ounce left in the bottle, 3) No toilet paper holder (the one partial roll was sitting on the back of the toilet). I was able to make do, but just barely. One other issue: The upholstered chair in the room has to be the most uncomfortable chair made. The seat cushion doesn't fit properly and the arms are too high. It's a torture to sit in it for more than 5 minutes.

Mediocre at best Hotel just wasn’t very well managed. Breakfast items were refreshed when gone, didn’t refill my soap when asked, many times difficult finding someone at front desk. Just did not meet the standard of a typical Hampton Inn, unless they’re all going down hill.
