Dirtiest lodging ever! Pictures are worth 1,000 words: the pool was covered in algae…the stains on the furniture and flooring were disgusting, even the landscape was tattered. A homeless group were found camping in the stairwell, and the front desk guy was completely overwhelmed. No security, no food…man did I make the biggest mistake in selecting this place.

Violation of ADA! If you are disabled and have a service animal DO NOT COME HERE. They have a no pets sign and even though per the ADA they can not deny you access. However the owners are “allergic” and so it doesn’t matter what the Americans with Disabilities Act says you are not allowed to enter with your service animal. Also, the pool is absolutely disgusting. We legit had somebody ask us if we wanted to buy drugs… just spend the extra for a better place or go to motel 6.

Disability Discrimination Unfortunately this hotel made my sister & her service dog so Uncomfortable that we had to check out a day earlier than we intended too. The front desk staff, security guard, & General Manager all harassed us on 3 separate occasions stating we could not have a "pet" in the hotel. I informed them she was a veteran service animal & they proceeded to say "it doesn't matter, the owners are allergic." I told them I paid for 2 nights & informed the hotel on 2 separate occasions that we had a service animal I even wrote it on our vehicle registration information as well as our booking.com reservation. I even asked the front desk for a 1st floor as we have a service animal. We stayed on the 1st floor but still were harassed on 3 different times by the staff stating "service dogs do not bark & we heard her barking." Nonetheless we ended up checking out early due to this discrimination. The afternoon front desk man working on 6/28/2021 told me "You need to watch how you speak to people" The security guard Phil retreated when I told the GM to call the police because evicting us for a service animal is illegal. Despite our mistreatment several other guests had to return to the front desk as they were checked into dirty rooms. Our room was outdated & musty. This hotel needs to be investigated to many health hazards & concerns. Furthermore your site advertises "staff trained to assist disabled" which is a flat out lie based on our unfortunate experience. Lastly be weary as there were multiple needles in the parking lot & near side doors.

Not likely to return I stayed at the Ramada in Kent a couple of years ago and it was not a 5 star hotel then but was OK. It has gone down hill considerably since. They had a complimentary breakfast before, not so now... When I asked the front desk about it he said I can give you a couple nature valley bars and a juice cup if you want. There use to be a restaurant next door it is vacant now. There is a Dennys Restaurant a few blocks away. There use to be a Burger King a block away it is also closed. So you have to drive a ways if you want something other than Denny's to eat. The room was not very clean. The walls had wierd stains on them in several places and the shower grout had mold. Walls were very thin and I could clearly hear people talking in the room next door. So I assume they could hear me talking on the phone too. Hotel staff were not very friendly, and seem unhappy with their jobs. I will not stay at this hotel next time I am in the area.

Don’t waste your money or safety. This hotel looks like a great value due to the price and pictures provided. HOWEVER, depending on your needs it’s not worth it. Especially if you’re traveling with kids. Buyer beware, or have some type of protection with you.
