Amazing stay at La Concha! Stunning 7th floor views! Having stayed at the La Concha for multiple years prior to the start of the most recent renovation project, we looked forward to seeing all the changes and improvements to the hotel since our previous stay. Knowing in advance that there were areas of the hotel still under construction, we were prepared for a little noise and fewer amenities on this trip, but it was worth it to see the modernization of the interior. The already visible changes in decor were beautiful and the 7th floor level did not disappoint. The amazing view of the water from the room, and the telescope with the constellation guide were just the start of the details that made our stay wonderful. Jenn, our 7th floor concierge went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From the complimentary welcome basket with wine and snacks to the personal communication throughout the stay, she clearly demonstrated that she loves her job and sees her guests as important people, regardless of their length of stay. Yes, there is a $30 daily resort fee, but it is a credit that can be used to purchase food and drink at the bar (highly recommend the churros!), and yes, the pool is currently closed for renovations, however, you are able to access the pool at their sister resort, just talk to the front desk staff. If you are looking for a centralized hotel in Old Town with Key West history and updated features, I encourage you to check out the La Concha, and more specifically, the 7th floor rooms! The view alone from the top of Key West is worth the stay!

Everything was tremendous. Even during their renovation and pool under construction. They offered their sister hotel. From check in to check out. Everyone was wonderful. We were treated with kindness and excellent service. The front desk staff were incredible. We had a blast and will be definitely coming back. Give a huge shout out to everyone at front desk.

Nice experience Yes, the hotel is under construction..but they are managing it well…the first room they gave us smelled a built musty but they gave us another room with no issue and it was great…the room was quiet considering it faced Duval street and the bed was soooo comfortable we hardly left the room! Once the remodel is done the hotel will be gorgeous ….also parking is easy and secure and the location of the hotel can’t be beat!

Great location - will be amazing when construction is finished! We had an amazing time at the LaConcha. It's filled with history and you can't beat the location. Staff was wonderful. Note: the pool is closed and the food is very expensive and just okay. I advise making plans to eat elsewhere. Other than that it's great!

Service and food Jovana’s was so sweet, great personality and conversation! She was very helpful with our dinner selection of tacos and fried, which were very tastyand filling! Quick service, and friendly disposition!! She is a great conversationalist and we’ll be back!
