Never again for us. Last minute booking- could not find better. I would not be writng this were it not for them sending me a survey which ended with the link to leave this review. Generally, I want to save reviews for praise. This was BAD. Large property turns into a poorly lit maze. Stinky stinky room, dark hallways, rude and uncaring staff at front desk, keys that don't work. Mouse running across the bar/restaurant area. (I swear to God) Air conditioner in room was super loud. The smell in the room was overwhelming and the halls reeked of chlorine. Room air conditioner - totally gross. Filters were so full of crud and dust that I washed them myself. The room smelled like a million dirty bodies. It was really disgusting. Bedding was OK though.

Awesome pet friendly location - clean rooms- great staff I booked as a group because it was pet friendly. The staff did a great job giving our group their own wing which was easily accessible. We ate each night in the restaurant and although we were a large group some nights - 6 to 11, we managed to get our food quickly and it was excellent. There was some confusion paying the bill for a large group so next time we would divide ourselves up to make less work for the staff - who were very patient. The room was large and clean and had the usual amenities. I was facing onto the arcade but it wasn’t noisy and was shut down at 10:30.

Disappointing Although the staff was friendly and pleasant, our experience was very negative. We were traveling with our pet and the first room we were given was so smelly we asked for a different room. That room then had electrical problems so they moved us again. The room we ended up with had a very small bathroom (there were three of us in a room with a dog) and everything was uncomfortable. We were near the video arcade and although the noise sotpped between 9-10 it was not a pleasant room. It was also quite pricy especially for what we got.

Never will recommend this location . My security guard called my room and asked for pills It was unprofessional and not recommended ever again. The security was smoking weed , doing pills . And calling my room . My partner didn’t. Like it one bit . I am really upset the man at the desk acted as tho I I was dishonest about the conversation I had at front @930 am and she also said was Able To pay cash my second day . False or not the front desk Plu

Disgusting Because of different factors I moved rooms 4 times. I will note each room had mold in the AC. One AC didn’t work which is one reason I was moved to another room. The comforters on the beds were torn in many places with the batting coming out.
