Gross _ Dirty (very) and nearly the whole hotel smelled like weed. The sheets in the first room they gave me were filthy. The bath tubs in both rooms they gave me were disgusting. The carpets will quickly turn your white socks brown. Top of my list to never go to again.

Family Stay This is not the nicest Hampton Inn but that is reflected in the price. Just be aware of that heading into it. Felt safe and it was mostly clean. Breakfast was normal continental fare. We did not have time to check the pool. There was a large party in the main atrium but we could not hear it from our room and did not affect us.

Terrible housekeeping My wife and I, stayed here this past July 4th weekend. Make sure you let them know you would like your room cleaned. Definitely let them know, if you leave that they can come in and service it while you are out. They didn't service our room, after I informed them that I would like it to be done. Somehow, they stated that I said not to come in until I come back. Now, why would I say something like that, when I wanted my room to be serviced. We had to makeup our own bed because of the laziness of housekeeping. The young lady at the front desk, by the name of Shar, really went above and beyond. She really tried her best to help me. She needs a raise and promotion. The front desk manager tried to cover it up and make an excuse, saying it was a miscommunication. I was the one that told the front desk manager, I would like the room serviced the next morning. I was promised by the front desk manager points on my Hilton Honors account for the mistake. I asked for the Manager of the hotel to give me a call. I haven't received a call as of yet. The call will probably come later on, thinking I will forget about it. Trust and believe, I will not forget it.

Dusty This was the worst experience that we had at a Hampton Inn. The room had dust everywhere. Roaches in room. The plunger in the bathroom sink was so nasty I had to take it to the front desk. Went to front desk and nothing happened.

Better , cleaner hotels around than this We've stayed at this hotel years ago and decided to try it again. Now the hotel has changed over the past 10 years and the decor needs an upgrade. The floors are dirty, the elevator was sketchy and I was unsure if it was going to work every time I got on it every door had marks on it and for the amount you pay shortly aren't getting your money's worth next time I'll try the Fairfield Inn and Holiday Inn Express When I visit here
