BUYER BEWARE - ACCOUNTABILITY NEEDED The unit was comfortable and clean. We were talked into yet another sales presentation that we were assured was giving us important information about a "missed opportunity." After an unfortunate experience at a Wyndham property (Grand Palms) in Myrtle Beach the month before, we were assured they just wanted to make everything right. We listened, considered the information we were given about being able to offset the cost of buying in with the multitudes of programs as truthful, and were assured that they would "take care of us." The problem started the next morning when we stopped in the lobby to pick up the additional information we were told would be there. It was supposed to help us navigate the system we'd bought into and set us up in the right programs. We were told we could rent out our points out before first payment which was not accurate, as our points come in July and the first payment is due in June. I did not receive the information we were promised before I left and they still have not mailed it to us. When we arrived home from the trip, my husband started looking through the information we were given and none of the programs that were hyped turned out to be what was assured. As soon as we realized there was an issue, we contacted Wyndham and asked them to make it right. We made a $56K + decision based in trust and good faith on the information we were given and just received a letter from Sonya that they were not going to honor our request to cancel because it was "passed the 10 day cancellation limit." We have done what we can for what we had control over in a more than timely manner. Wyndham's delays and misinformation are not something we can accept accountability for. That is on them. Until then, we are making people aware of their business practices to protect others from harm.

A Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service from Sandra! I had such a wonderful stay at Club Wyndham Cypress Palms! The resort was clean, welcoming, and had great amenities for all ages. One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service from Sandra, who worked at both the towel station and the mini golf area. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and went out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. Her positive energy and warm attitude truly made a difference in our experience. It’s staff members like Sandra that make a vacation feel extra special. I’d definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Excellent, far above my expectations Use the resort's recreational areas between your days at the park and shopping, for sure, you will have your batteries recharged and plenty of energy to enjoy your time in Kissimmee and Orlando.

3 Weeks at Wyndham Cypress Over the years we’ve stayed at Wyndham Cypress in Kissimmee. Over visits have always been positive until recently. The staff are very professional and do a great job, especially Gabi, Ted, Hector Jay and others. We were surprised however at the lack of security at pool 1. At several times, kids left unattended by their parents played volleyball on the pool deck at the same time parents were in the pool drinking openly beer, glasses of alcohol etc. Diving which is not allowed was performed regularly. We often encountered raccoons in stairwells as well at night they would run in the attic of building 6. This was brought to the attention of the management but this went on for the duration of our stay.

Wyndham Cypress Palms - excellent experience Stayed at this resort a number of years ago. It was fine but nothing too special then, and the one-bedroom was very small (just as they say it is). Decided to go back as the price was right and wanted to try a 2-bdrm. Was very impressed. Unit is very nice, good sized, clean, comfortable and quiet. Was on 3rd floor of Building 6 and looked out on the mini-golf course. Entire facility looks like it has been renovated. Colors are fresh and vibrant, furniture was well maintained if not new, everything was in working order, fitness room was well maintained, pools/spas were clean and painted, mini-golf looked like wasn't more than a few months old. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility is nicely located for attraction access, although the traffic is terrible at times (but it's that way throughout Orlando as something is always undergoing construction). Restaurants that are close are a bit "old-school" and that area looks a little run down, but the food is good. Old Town is just a few minutes away and it has tons of stuff to do. I could gripe about some minor things (e.g. hinge on a kitchen cabinet what was broken, difficulty reaching the cupboard for dishware) but it wouldn't lessen the experience at all. I would come back again.
