Amazing staff! Wonderful experience (especially after a long day)! The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful, especially Jenn. The room was clean and welcoming. And the onsite dryer was exactly what I needed after being stuck in the rain. Thank y'all so much!

Very welcoming front desk and staff Great customer service. And rooms was clean and smelled really great. Breakfast was good and hot. Coffee was always available. It was the first time staying at this location and I'll definitely recommend it. Check out was easy and greatly appreciated

Felt so welcomed When your flight gets cancelled and the airline puts you up in a hotel and you get extra warm welcome makes a bad day much better. The check in on June 24th at about 21:30 was amazing. The young lady was so kind and accommodating to us that we started to forget about our ordeal. The next day I was lost and wanted to find the gym and Tammy from housekeeping went out of her way to show it to me. Also the room were nice and comfortable, functional gym and lovely inside and outside pool area. Grateful we got stranded at the Holiday Inn Knoxville West.

Memorial day Hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean. Food in restaurant was subpar. Location was nice. Pool area needed TLC. It was a bummer the outdoor pool wasn’t open. Aleazay and Sean were very kind and helpful. Rooms were nice and cool going in

Would stay again! Very clean amenities with super friendly and accommodating staff. The bed was super comfy (some of the better pillows I’ve experienced) and the location was great for my purposes - bonus was all or the food places in the vicinity. My only complaint is that there wasn’t a free breakfast included with the price of the hotel and instead required an additional $13/person.
