Awesome visit. Worth what we paid The second shift lady was awesome. She deserves a pat on the back. The rooms were clean and neat. The pool area was nice. Right next to McDonald's and convenience centers. About 45 minutes to folly. Lobby was very friendly. Wouldt hurt for towels to be conditioned a little more. Fridge was great. TV channels were great !

Horrible This place definitely is not remolded. A deluxe room is just a regular room. Had no coffee pot in room which is what was stated in the room description. People yelling and shouting outside at all hours of the night and jumping on the ceiling and banging doors. Definitely would not recommend.

The guest experience is not priority There were roaches in my room—didn’t feel like the staff would care if I brought it to their attention and sadly I was right. I showed photo and video evidence and the GM didn’t care. $10 for my inconvenience is all he offered. I stayed for 5 days. And 3 days on a separate reservation prior to this. I was in between homes and I didn’t want to jeopardize having somewhere to stay by complaining. I was checked in by the GM (who I had no idea was the GM) and he didn’t mention anything about breakfast or the amenities they offered. When brought to his attention, he argued that there are signs and he doesn’t have to tell me. Sometimes he tells guests and sometimes he doesn’t. This location has mainly construction workers who speak little to no English, and because of that he knows he’s going to have business and therefore doesn’t need to actually treat any of his guests with respect. Jessica was the front desk agent who actually treated me kindly and told me he would care about the roaches and to document them and show him at check out (which was the next day for me) and she stood there and listened to the whole exchange between me and him and was sincerely apologetic. She should be the GM. She knows what hospitality is. The GM not only argued with me about my issues but said all he could do was offered 10% off of my last night because that’s when I reported them, and that’s $10 whole dollars. For my 5 day inconvenience. I explained to him why I didn’t report them sooner, and that Jessica was the only one who made me feel it mattered, and convinced me he would care and want to make it right—she was wrong and I was right. I was insulted at the $10 but he refunded it anyways. I am beyond disappointed. This hotel was recently renovated because it’s a Wyndham property now—and the rooms were surprisingly very nice for the price. unfortunately the roaches and the customer service ruined the entire stay for me and my significant other.

Clean hotel with friendly staff close to interstate. Hotel is very clean, staff is friendly, close to everything, breakfast was eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, cereal, yogurt, fruit, cofee and juices. Hotel is beside a McDonalds if you don't like this breakfast.I have stayed there before and will stay there again when in town.

A peaceful night despite truckers all around Simple hotel convenient to I-26. Newly renovated rooms with new furniture. Spent a quiet Sunday night in 107. Beds were great. Breakfast was, too. Jessica at the front desk was kind and professional.
