So beautiful and peaceful This is a great Hampton inn; and very well taken care of; there is no insane out of check trip noise. The bed is also so comfortable I can stay sleeping way past normal time. The young lady Sheila that works early morningup front is also a very graceful and sweetheart towards the staff as well!! We can’t wait to come back up here!

Linda's the best! Linda at the front desk was amazing and went the extra mile to accommodate me and my family. I'll Def come back because of her and her customer service skills. Thanks again and.cant wait to come back to visit the hampton inn suites in the future.

Try the Holiday Inn Express Horrible! Booked and paid for a King bed, Lake View Balcony room. Went to check in on the Hilton app and got a notification "You've been upgraded!". The "upgrade" was my choice of parking lot view rooms with two queen beds. Called the hotel and was hung up on twice (picked up and immediately hung up) before my third call was picked up and I was put on hold. When the "agent" finally picked up, I explained the situation and got dead air. I said "hello?" and she said "that's all that's available". We went back and forth several times, going nowhere and I finally said "you took my reservation AND money for a king bed lake view room and now want to "upgrade me" to a lesser room? She repeats, "that's all that's available". I say "Jesus", to which she replies "yeah, Jesus!" and hangs up on me. Called Hilton's complaint line, which turns out to be a 3rd party company that didn't even know what a Hampton Inn was, finally got it when I said "Hilton", then basically started to do a survey which had ZERO to do with my issue, fixing my issue, or even filing a complaint. I then called "Diamond member support" who confirmed that what had happened was wrong and absolutely not up to their standards. She then put me on hold and tried to rectify the situation. 5 minutes later she comes back to the line and tells me that she couldn't get past the same "associate" at the front desk that hung up on me and that I'd have to call back in the morning to speak to the manager. So much for being a "diamond member". I realize that Hampton's are franchises and not Hilton owned, but if they can't get a grip on the hotels they hang their name on, I'll never stay at another Hampton again. Even Hilton is tarnished in my book after this. I stay in Hilton's almost weekly on my own dime and if this is the best they can do, we may be done after this. To the "franchisee" that owns this Hampton, get your act together. Now I'm off to tell the world about your crappy hotel on every travel site I can find. Well done...

One night stay I drove in late and I stayed one night to take care of some business in town. I picked this hotel because it was centrally located & to earn some Hilton points. I arrived at about 1am and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Even though my door was stuck so I had to push hard every time I opened it, my room was great. It had nice decor and good blinds. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. There were regular plugs and USB ports next to the bed on each side. The breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good. There were a couple ladies who worked diligently to keep everything stocked. The eggs & sausage that were in warmers wasn't IHOP, but decent. There was also juices, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereals, fruit and make-your-own waffles. Finally there was coffee which they moved to the front reception area after the breakfast section closed. I would definitely stay here again for either business or pleasure.
