Great experience at Sububan Extended Stay in Laplace LA. Churell an rest of staff at Laplace Louisiana Suburban Stay were extremely helpful with mail that my employer had directed to me while I was on road on assignment in New Orleans area. Churell also familiarized me with the extended stay hotel which are unique to extended stay facilities.

Weekend Getaway My fiance and I stayed 2 nights. The staff was friendly. Jeremy and Jasmine made check in easy and fast. The room was clean and larger than we expected. We loved the large jacuzzi tub. Its in a good location near restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back soon.

Surprising Value I finally retired from the oil field and my wife and I are touring the South. We just found this place passing along I-10 and needed a rest. Let me start with the staff, the young lady at check in was so polite and helpful. I was impressed as usually value hotels are not the most friendly. My wife also said the housekeeper she talked to about restaurants was very pleasant as well. Our room was clean and orderly. Overall, I would recommend that anyone passing through and need a room give them a try. Also, it was minutes from a Swamp Tour that we both thoroughly loved! I need to find my receipt for them so I can review them as well! My wife and I both thought the boat captain was hysterical!

Cancelled my reservation!!!! This hotel cancelled my reservation 1 hour before I was supposed to arrive! Apparently they oversold and just cancelled my reservation without providing an alternative. This left myself and my 2 small children stranded in New Orleans late at night without a place to stay. There were no other hotels available and we had to drive for 2 hours before finding somewhere to stay the night.

Great place This was a great inexpensive place to stay but great for the price. Hotel room was nice and clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Close to town, nice kitchen inside. I would definitely visit this place again.
