Just ok Average...if you need a place to crash and don't mind older rooms and possible not the cleanest. Staff is not the most upbeat. Some are not knowledgeable as to where things are. The room had moldy bathroom, broken tiles and blood stains on the toilet.

Great experience. The staff at check-in and check-out were considerably kind and friendly. My only issue was when I gambled on Saturday evening it was almost impossible to get a drink at the slots. I had two servers literally pass me by and ignore my request for a drink. Had to go to the bar to get one. On that same note, however, on Thursday evening one of the servers came back three times to me and I really appreciated her level of attention,

Don’t do it This hotel was DISGUSTINGLY dirty. They literally did not care about our complaints and it got to a point where the manager of the front desk, told us they have 4,000 rooms to clean and can’t clean them efficiently. Room 1- had blood, shave cream with hair on the shower curtain, the shower was full of hair. Room 2- contact lense plastered on the mirror, crumbs on the counter top, candy on the counter top, globs of hair all over the bathroom floor. The only resolution was to change us to a third room, which was also dirty but the manager said that was the last option since we were putting house keeping behind by making them clean so many rooms over. It looks like the rooms aren’t cleaned at all, but the towels and sheets are changed in-between guests. Stay at your own risk.

No fresh air There was a strong sewage smell near the entrance to the elevator waiting area, right by the pool entrance. Also, the rooms have no fresh air ventilation – it’s just unbelievable. The system asking 200 symbols. But 150 was enough. So please take your 200

Annual Trip To Vegas We travel to Vegas every year and always stay at Excalibur. Very affordable. The location is great with easy access to the strip. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms, beds are very comfortable. Love the adult only Royal pool!
