Luxor Hotel and Casino

App for Parking needs more work Stay was great but parking using app did not work then issued key cards and that did not work either. Had alot of people mad at me while I entered or tried to leave parking. Staff was nice but not all on the same page. I wish there was a mini fridge and a microwave in the rooms.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very dirty and dingy, elevators are extremely slow and dirty, no smart TVs, no usb outlets, you have to rent a refrigerator, they try to dupe you into viewing timeshares the second you walk in, and the list goes on.

Bowling tournament trip The location was a little dated but the staff was fantastic. We saw the blue man group and the show fantasy. We got vip tickets and the shows were absolutely awesome. Found a couple of great restaurants and the bed was great. The casino could use some more recent slots. The MGM rewards card definitely saved us some money.

I used my Mariotte 2 free nights reward. a total waste.

Worst experience i ever had with luxor We went for 5 nights at the Luxor hotel. The first day we arrive, the shower tub was clogged. We called the front desk; they send someone to unclog the tub and stated they would send someone to clean the shower tub because it was dirty. No one came to clean the shower tub until the next day when room service came around 11 and the cleaning lady stated we had to leave in order for them to clean the room. We were uncomfortable to leave the hotel because we haven't even showered since the shower tub was dirty. On Sunday the shower tub got clogged again. We called front desk answered rudely stating "its Sunday what do you want us to do. Also, when we arrived we noticed the floor was dirty with sticky stuff. At the end of the visit we made a video showing us cleaning it up. Costco never stated there will be extra fees with hotel besides the fees we pay with Costco. I almost forgot.. the cherry on top, i was going to use the towel provided it with the room... have you ever left your towel wet for days and then try to use it again without drying it off first.. well that smell it had... look we even left a nice tip on the second night .. thinking maybe.. just maybe the cleaning lady had a bad day.. but nope... that stain was there for 5 days... 5 days . And we even geo marked out pictures and dates so luxor managers dont come up with oh this is not true... i really wish you guys improve... i used to remember what luxor was back then. Never again. they did reimbursed the hotel fees they charge every day... on top of hotel fees and resorts fees... at the time of our checked out... but were not able to provide the name of the person who answered the phone on sunday
