Hotel is a remnant of old Vegas and it shows The hotel is understaffed and apparently “undergoing layoffs”. They do not have the staff to provide bellhop service, room, service, or even the bit most basic maintenance requests. It is a remnant of the casino that it used to be. Stay somewhere nice like Mandalay, Cosmo, anywhere in city center, or somewhere on the strip between the city center and Wynn

Getting r*****ed by MGM price gouging MGM properties are amazing at overcharging and sucking any value out of guest. There is zero value in coming to Vegas. The food is expensive, parking is ridiculously expensive, machines are too tight and even drink service for gamblers is disapointing

Great experience Large rooms right at the centre of the strip, a lot of dining options, fast check in via app and web. Great experience, would come again. The digital ticket via app didn't work but the stuff members fixed it very quickly. Bell desk was quick and attentive.

Too Big To Fail My family and I checked in on May 18, 2025, for a five-night stay while attending the Support World conference. After an eight-hour journey we arrived at our room around 11 p.m. to discover a wet patch of carpet that reeked of vomit, feces on the toilet, and, in daylight the next morning, a blanket stained with dried vomit. We are traveling with our eleven-month-old daughter, so a clean environment is essential for her health and safety. Despite an apology and a promise of a different room “first thing in the morning,” no action has been taken and it is now midday. When I asked for an update, I was told the systems were down, even as new guests were being checked in. A manager simply advised me "you should probably keep your daughter off the floor" and assured me the hotel would “handle it then” if she became ill. No interim cleaning, fresh linens, or real solution has been offered.

My business stay at MGM. The bed, pillows and shower were the best. The room was a good size. I would suggest getting a coffee maker for the room. I like to drink coffee as soon as I get up. I enjoy my coffee while watching TV in the comfort of my room. I would like to have a microwave in the room to warm up leftovers. Other than that I was completely satisfied with my stay. I would recommend the casino to my family and friends _.
