A wonderful experience in Las Vegas! This was my wife's first visit to Las Vegas and we spent some time enjoying Planet Hollywood. The establishment is in a perfect location for access to just about anything you might want. We played slots and had a great time exploring the different machines. We had a great dining experience at their on location restaurant, Yolos Mexican Grill. The food was delicious, the service was phenomenal, and the prices were some of the best in Las Vegas that we encountered during our four day stay. Highly recommend that you give Planet Hollywood a chance to impress you.

Save your money and avoid the low class experience Save your money and avoid the low-class experience of staying at Planet Hollywood. This place is a total disappointment from start to finish. 1. First and foremost, there’s no seating in the lobby. Not even a single chair. If you’re traveling with someone who doesn’t gamble, they’re stuck in the room with nothing to do. Super inconvenient and inconsiderate. 2. At the pool, you have to pay for shade. Yes, even for an umbrella. It’s outrageous and greedy. 3. There’s no water available anywhere in the hotel unless you’re actively gambling — then maybe you can get a glass. No water fountains, no dispensers, nothing. 4. The staff are rude and completely uninterested in helping. Zero customer service. It feels like you’re bothering them just by asking a simple question. 5. The rooms are bare bones. You get towels and that’s it. No slippers, no toothpaste, nothing. For the price they’re charging, it’s a joke. 6. Speaking of price — it’s ridiculously high. A shaded lounge spot at their ugly, overcrowded pool? $800. What planet are they on? Planet Hollywood is all hype and no hospitality. Look elsewhere — this place isn’t worth a fraction of what they charge.

Can’t beat the view or location This hotel is in a great location in the middle of the strip. Lots of shopping and dining options inside, and you also get a good deal for the spacious room and views. We chose an Ultra Resort Vista room, as it was my husband’s birthday and first time in Vegas, so he really wanted a great experience. The first night with Wrestlemania going on, unfortunately we didn’t get the best view. All that was left was the 11th floor, our room was above the pool, and the view was pretty obstructed. The staff was accommodating though, and we were able to switch to a higher floor the next day. The new room was on the 20th floor, had views of the Fountains and the Paris - all for the same price/room style. It was a great room! Definitely recommend asking for a higher floor if available. We enjoyed our stay after that!

Don’t stay here I have stayed in many hotels in Las Vegas, but this one was by far the worst in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. The state of the room every single day was absolutely unacceptable. We had to complain to the front desk every day during our stay because the cleaners simply didn’t do their job. Dirty towels were left behind, trash wasn’t emptied, and surfaces were untouched – it felt like the room had barely been serviced at all. The photos we took clearly show the mess that was consistently left behind. Despite raising the issue multiple times, nothing improved. This hotel has serious housekeeping issues, and it’s beyond disappointing to see such poor standards in a city known for world-class hospitality. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere – don’t waste your money or risk your health.
