Best Stay Ever I had so much planned for my trip to Las Vegas but once I got in my room and relaxed I decided to enjoy the resort instead. The bed was like sleeping on clouds. My view from the bed was amazing. Food was great, atmosphere was great, and staff were exceptional! Pool was so relaxing and I rode the Monorail which was connected to resort. I purchased a timeshare. I had a personal driver upon checkout to the airport. I highly recommend Westgate Resort.

Westgate Excellent place to stay! Cheryl Hayes is a great blackjack dealer, made the table fun and exciting. Plenty of good places to eat in the Westgate, and all the people that work there are super friendly, at least the ones we encountered. Would stay here again.

VNEA Championships Having a great time here at the Westgate. Here to play pool for VNEA World Championships. Great venue for that and had a great time after. I don't what else to say here. Not sure why I need more characters since I am over 200. This 200 thing is annoying.

Excellent service! Deborah was the most pleasant dealer at the westgate! She has such a warm personality and the swing shift pit bosses were great as well!!! Definitely will play the table games when she is dealing! Highly recommend playing when she is on duty!

Worst experience in 23 years Hi yes. So after being told our spa experience will be put on our room I was charged an additional $100 as the manager explained “to make sure I could pay”. Something I have never experienced before in my 20 years of being an owner. This was disgusting and unnecessary. You can just say no pay in full. Now the night before my wedding you unnecessarily took more money from us and got my card flagged. Spoke to a manger who said “well you’re staying for a week so we need $200 deposits. I asked where it’s stated she said it’s not stated it’s how it is. She then said that to make sure we can pay they charge $100 over any costs put on the room over $100. I asked WHERE IS THIS POLICY STATED! She said it’s how it is. “What would you do if it was your business? You would let people rack up $1000 bills and not pay?” This disgusting woman should be fired. I am seeking every avenue to sever any further involvement with Westgate including removing this new deed we recently engaged to purchase. This treatment is absurd and disgusting. Not sure if you saw two black men and thought yes just make sure they can pay. Despite me having been already charged a security deposit. Pathetic treatment of “Elite Owners.” I will not be ignored. Traveled 1400 miles to be disrespected on the eve of our wedding.
