FRONT DESK MORNING SHIFT Front Desk was horrible there was a tall white guy at that front desk who constantly left the phone ringing while he stood in the front of the building to smoke not to mention he smelled like Pure Marijuana. That is very unethical and he mentioned he was the assistant manager... WOOOOOWWWWW. Other than that the room was clean and the maids were great besides the front desk guy my stay was great. He has to realize some people has asthma my Grandma almost choked off all the smoke he was blowing inside the front door. HIS NOT SUITABLE FOR MANAGEMENT.

Horrible Hampton Inn Hotel I have stayed in this hotel 5-6 times before and it was good. However, they have had changes in ownership and management and not for the better. The bathroom was filthy with black mold and the toilet was in disrepair. The internet did not work the entire 3 days we were there (I received an e-mail acknowledging this 2 days after checkout). I requested housekeeping 3 times but the room was never cleaned. The A/C thermostat did not work (also acknowledged after checkout). The clock did not work. The hallways had garbage piled up. I have attached some photos as proof. The breakfast was good and the front desk people were nice. I tried to talk to the manager but he was condescending and uninterested. He said he would add Hilton Honors points to my account but never did. If anyone at Hilton reads this and wants verification, talk to the manager's assistant/intern who was there and took notes. I will never stay at this property again.

Look Elsewhere Many problems: Multiple carpet stains in the room Odd smell in rooms Flood lights through the bedroom windows all night The toilet leaked so every hour or so it would loudly refill the reservoir On the bright side, the bed was clean and common areas in much better repair than the rooms. The gym is small but adequate.

Check in We reserved a room in advance for one of our employees, paid for the room, called back to confirm reservation. Our employee shows up to check in and was told the card on file was expired and he had to pay for the room out of his own pocket. The card does not expire until 12/2023

Great Stay! Great stay and clean room. The front desk clerk, Cliff, was fantastic and went above my expectations. Thank you for your kind, caring, prompt and efficient service. I had a very enjoyable stay and if I need to stay in Laurinburg again, this Hampton Inn would be my first choice.
