Really good quality hotel with amazing facilities and value for money My second stay in this hotel, for a second long weekend trip. The hotel is super classy, of course, but also good value for money. The Brasserie food was high quality, with great server Bruno (or was it Fabio). The front of house staff are great. The Spa, Sauna, Pool is amazing! And open for long hours from 06:30 to 9pm or so.

Exceeded all expectations! We had a wonderful stay at Lausanne Palace. The hotel is very elegant and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful. I would love to have the opportunity to stay here again.

Incredible Best hotel I have stayed at by far, and that includes a lot of expensive hotels. The staff was perfect, the view sublime, the amenities were above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable hotel We had a wonderful room with a balcony that overlooked Lake Geneva and the French Alps. It was such a beautiful view that we ate dinner on the balcony twice. The service was amazing. I must thank Matthew, Edward, Wilson and Djamalia for such outstanding service. They were wonderful. We were there 8 nights and I wish we didn't have to leave.

Swimming pool experience The swimming pool and the spa are so nicely decorated, simple with tranquility, elegrant but not excessive. They know how to use the effect of lighting to help you relax in the swimming pool, and you feel like staying there for a bit longer. The fragrance in the spa is so relaxing also, so warming and inspiring. I just love it.
