It Was…Odd The lady working when I checked in was so nice! The room was clean, the outlets in the lamps didn’t work, but there was an outlet assessable so it was fine. The next morning, I noticed that the room only came with 1 caffeinated coffee pod, I picked up the phone to call the front desk and lo and behold - the phone wasn’t connected. I called from my cell phone and ask Patrick at the front desk if he could bring me 2 caffeinated pods. He said he didn’t know where they were and that he could leave the desk, both of those things are odd because I have seen “Helping a guest be right back” signs at the front desk before. I decided to get dressed and go down and get 2 cups from the breakfast bar, in the meantime I was going to make the one caffeinated pod I had. I put water in, pod in, hit the button and…nothing. The coffee pot wasn’t plugged in and there wasn’t a plug close by to remedy the situation. So I did what any desperate for hot bean water gal would do, and took it into the bathroom. After I brewed, I was excited to take a sip, and it was luke warm (and I’m being generous) coffee. Luke warm bathroom coffee. I went down and got my 2 cups of hot coffee and left for the day. When I got back that night, I noticed someone had been in the room. They didn’t clean, they simply rolled up the towel that goes outside the tub. Weird.

Weekend stay Mandi was super nice at check in. She is always friendly and helpful. This was our 2nd stay there. We will definitely come back. The jacuzzi was nice and clean as well as the pool. The room was clean, comfortable beds and it was quiet. The room didn't feel crowded with 3 people staying.

Good stay The elevator is to noisy. Woke us up at night. We were 2 rooms away from it. But everything else was good. It was nice, clean and a friendly staff. Pool and hot tub was very nice. I would stay there again as long I was not close to the elevator.Breakfast was good also

Smokey People were very personable, room reeked of cigarette smoke. Reported and they offered to move but didn’t feel it would help. Pool nice, spa didn’t really bubble but temp Was nice. Overpriced for age and condition . Very nice breakfast. Will stay closer to Amish Country for those prices.

Fraud I showed up with my family to find out that when I booked online I had chosen the wrong room. I wanted a family suit when I returned and explained what I had wanted they said well that isn’t what you booked. The lady at counter said “we do not even offer a bed with three rooms. After I stood in lobby looking it up online and showing her she then decided that they did actually have a room that offered three beds but only one. It was available but they couldn’t honor the online price and it would be 270 vs 209 that was offered on choice hotels. They explained how prices change depending on availability and I could book online and get that price but I explain it couldn’t be booked because it was after midnight. They were absolutely unhelpful and rude. My family had booked 8 rooms in this hotel. My mom made several trips to be able to even get a key programmed correctly to open her room. I definitely will not be returning to a quality inn anytime soon they were very unhelpful and did there best to cheat people if given an opportunity .
