Terrific stay in the Poconos! Our stay in room 223 was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences we've ever had. The property was impeccably maintained, and the staff, especially Madison at the front desk, provided friendly, attentive service that went above and beyond. The breakfast area attendants were extremely helpful, offering great food and paying close attention to every detail. This hotel should be the top choice for anyone visiting the Poconos.

Bait and switch ALERT! Being a Hilton honors member for over 20 years, I selected this Hampton Inn location out of loyalty to the brand for a quick getaway to the Jim Thorpe region. The hotel is seven miles away from downtown, but familiarity and price won me over. New to me, the price for the first night will quickly escalate to almost double in subsequent nights. The hotel is isolated, no food without driving a few miles out. As I questioned the bait-and-switch, I was told CORRECTLY, that the price escalation was stated in the reservation. Problem is that I ended up paying over $300 for a 2-star-max facility. Word to the wise: 1) BE ALERT WHEN YOU BOOK and 2) There are much better values anywhere in downtown Jim Thorpe.

Great, convenient place to stay! We have stayed in the Hampton Inn Lehighton-Jim Thorpe many times since they opened 20 years ago. EVERYONE at the hotel goes above and beyond every time we visit. The addition of their outdoor patio/firepit area a couple of years ago just puts iceing on the cake! Very close the Jim Thope and several great eateries in the area make it even better. Every thing is always very clean, the indoor pool and hot tub add to the enjoyment. We will be going back and connot recommend this hotel enough. Lori, you run a fantastic establishment!

Great Stay We have stayed this hotel many times, it never disappoints only gets better. All the staff are fabulous. The checkin desk is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff are great they kept everything refilled and fresh and very clean. The housekeeping staff was wonderful. They patio out back is beautiful and very peaceful to sit and have coffee or drinks. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel close to Jim Thorpe Great. Nice weightroom with good barbells and some other basic equipment. Nice indoor pool, great breakfast, room was spotless, and I slept like a rock. Plus pleasant staff. Some of the other reviews referred to shabby furnishings. Not that I could see. In fact, all of the furnishings looked like they were brand new. Very convenient to all of the attractions in Jim Thorpe.
