Never again AC did not get cool, ask front desk to check and was told to move furniture in room to make AC circulate! Then was told to put AC on auto, no auto button! Had to go purchase a fan just so we could breathe! Request to make sure AC worked when booked room , hubby has COPD ! Opened door daylight was much cooler outside than in the room! Should’ve been given refund! Beware room 124 AC does not get cool!

Very clean. Friendly staff. Worth the price. Rooms just as described. I'm a travel RN On nights and they put me in a room near less traffic so I could sleep during the day and let House keeping know not to come in during standard hours. Staff was very friendly. I'll absolutely stay at this location again.

A small, simple, quiet oasis along the never-ending I-75. We only stayed one night, but for an affordable, quick bed close to the interstate, it was perfect. It was clean and very close to the exit, which was a pleasant surprise. We needed a place to sleep while on our way to view the 2024 eclipse in the totality zone in Indiana. Heading further into Lexington to a larger hotel, we found this place last minute and booked it online. We got a great deal, were able to shower and sleep. The amenities at the other place would have been a waste on us with our time constraints. Mamaw paid for it, and check-in was seamless, even though I used a third-party site. The only issue was the required $100 deposit when paying with a card. I've encountered this with cash but not with a card, and while I understand the need for this safeguard, it was unexpected. I want others to be aware of this. Credit cards are exempt, but cash and debit cards are not. We had the funds, so it wasn't a problem, but if it had been, I assume the refund from a third-party site would take a few days, and we wouldn't have had the means to secure another room elsewhere. It bothered my Mamaw more than me, but since this trip was quite last-minute, I made sure we had enough in case of such situations. I do wish the third-party site had mentioned the deposit requirement. To clarify, everything was fine, we had the deposit, and it was returned to us promptly after a quick room check, which was completed before we even returned to the office. We weren't delayed, and the process was painless. Another minor point: I was certain I had booked a non-smoking room, but we were given a smoking one. My Mamaw covered most of the cost, and my husband paid the rest, so he might have selected a smoking room since we vape. However, I intended to vape outside so our son could have a non-smoking environment. Regardless of whether it was a mistake or my husband's choice, we only stayed for 11 hours, and the room was exceptionally clean; I couldn't even detect smoke, despite my sensitivity to it. Apart from that, the staff were quite accommodating. It was busy due to, what I assume to be, other eclipse travelers and while we asked for a later checkout the night before the night staff could not authorize this and asked us to call in the morning. This means it was last minuet for them, but they still allowed us what they could, and extra half hour, and this helped my aged Mamaw, who was sore from the drive, and my toddler who appreciated the extra time to stretch out. I booked this night on a 3rd party site, and it went smoothly despite the issues 3rd party can bring. If I made any errors booking, they were resolved before they became an issue and I appreciate that. It was a nice stay.

I'd give this a 0 if I could. We rented a nonsmoking room for one night, and the moment we opened the door we were absolutely knocked out by the smell of weed. There were cigarette/joint burn holes in the comforter and on the sink counter.

Will rebook. Hands down best stay ever. PLEASANTLY SURPRISED THIS MOTEL IS DAYS INN BY WYNDHAM SOUTHEAST!!! First of all, the older gentleman who worked the night shift was extremely sweet. He made me smile and feel like I was coming home from a long trip, which it was... Secondly, the room was WAY better than I expected! It was CLEAN, large and the beds were soooo comfortable! I could not believe how clean it was. We had stayed at a La Quinta for 11 days and I wish this was where we could have stayed those 11 days. The only drawback was the breakfast which, for the money, I'm ok with it. They only had biscuits and gravy. But like I said, it was better than nothing. The gentleman I dealt with when I check out the next morning was just as kind. Honestly, of all the hotels, we've stayed in, I'd choose this one hands down over La Quinta, Country Inn and Suites, Red Roof and Holiday Inn. The location was perfect. The people were perfect. The room was perfect. BTW... I've seen some bad reviews, and I think they are getting this hotel confused with another one. They do not have an elevator. But they do have an amazing staff and clean, comfortable rooms.
