Family Trip for long weekend in London I stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge on the 22nd to the 24th of May. Hotel is located in great location with the Aldgate underground tube station just around the corner approx 10 to 15 mins walk from the hotel. Also within walking distance to and from tourist attractions and good communication links. The hotel was clean and had a bustle about it. I didn't have to wait long to check in and the coniserges were knowledgeable as we asked them for the quickest route to Gartwick airport from the hotel on check out as we were on a tight time frame. The rooms were clean and spacious and well equipped with menus, full sets of towels and bath robes for 3. You didn't hear any external noise from the street below or other guests in the same corridor. All 3 of us had dinner in the restaurant on the 23rd of May 2025 and our server Leticia was very friendly and took time to engage with us. She seemed genuinely interested in where we had travelled from and what we have been up to on our trip. She was very attentive, nothing seemed to be bother for her. I could not fault her customer service or work attitude. Keep up the good work Leticia.

The reason why I always come back I have been staying here and have been coming back very month work for my business tips. The bedrooms are bigger than that standard rooms in London, you have both shower and bath in the bedroom. An amazing swimming pool! I would like to thank Hanna for her assistance everything I do come here. She has been ever so helpful

Really welcoming staff I came for a spa day with a great gorgeous friend, for a spa day at rena spa. We had cocktails included in the virgin experience day, we had some great Long Island ice teas at the bar at the hotel (thanks Valentin, the only Long Island ice tea I’ve ever had enjoyed!). Also very kind staff would recommend.

Great Cocktails! Delicious Long Island ice tea at the bar! Thank you so much Valentin :) Valentin was very open to making any drink me and my friend wanted and he was very amenable and also very friendly! The Leonardo Hotel London Bridge is a lovely hotel! We came for the spa stayed for the vibes!

Pleasant and friendly service Very pleasant and friendly service. We were warmly welcomed by Hanna who very kindly gave us an upgraded room, during check in. Maintenance staff were also very quick and efficient to respond to a minor issue with the plumbing. Very friendly all round. An enjoyable experience overall.
