Buildings and parking in dire need of maintenance! Roof leaking really bad in front of desk. Parking lot has pot holes and poor lighting. Shower was dirty and it took more than five minutes for the water to become warm enough to shower with. Wifi was almost unusable. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, and stale bread. I'd sleep in my truck if it was the only place available next time.

Ecclectic charm I stayed at this hotel for a few nights. The beds are comfy, they have coffee, fridge and the rooms are spacious. The rooms are a bit dated and chipped paint here and there but it is clean. The hotel has a very small pool and no jacuzzi, but they do have an on site restaurant and allow pets. They are centrally located near shops, food, marina, it is a really great location. Good place to lay your head and relax. The place is ok but it is old school style and it seems like people live there or are there long term. I would stay there again it's a comfortable place with not a bunch of bells and whistles.

Terrible This is a very substandard place to stay. They have residents, lots of noise, it is unkempt, no wifi as advertised. Avoid staying here if you can. You can find many affordable offerings in Long Beach that would be better.

Spacious standard room Stayed here while attending a wedding in Long Beach. Found this to be one of the most reasonable priced rooms in area. Great area, lot's of food choices right across the street. Was impressed with the size of just a standard room. They were clean and simple and had a nice roomy patio as well. Would stay here again.

What a dump The room was okay, except for the piece of chewing gum in the bathroom sink and the dirty paper towels on the counter. As far as the rest of the hotel is concerned, very dirty. The pool was closed, there was no notice on their web page. I will say, it is in a nice location, near the marina and the beach, but we will never stay here again.
