Píl was amazing Came into the hotel and Pil was amazing, he got us in súper fast. The room was súper clean and beautiful. We recommend to all coming to Hollywood. We enjoyed the Pool and the great breakfast. What a blessing was to come to the hotel. We are impressed.

Pil good customer service Checked in to the hotel and Pil the receptionist is a really good customer service and helps a lot very friendly and a nice man! Helped me and my family out with rooms and advice on places to go! Hotel is clean and a nice vibe to it, Pil is very helpful

Hollywood Hotel is a no go The hotel was unique being on route 66 and the interior was cool with the marble touches but that is where the good stuff ends for this hotel. The beds were terribly uncomfortable the frames made so much noise even just turning over in bed was incredibly noisy. There was zero sound proofing in the place you could hear everything outside the hotel and everything inside the hotel. There were also ants all over the washroom in the room we stayed in room 104. I can't recommend this hotel after staying here. Ps the Staff was pleasant and easy to deal with

Great bang for the buck! Lovely local LA hotel experience!! Reasonably priced tho parking adds $. Close to tourist happenings. Had a patio & spacious. Beds comfy too. Staff warm & friendly. I’d go back. Convenient. Water fountain a key landmark for photo ops lol. Key card runs the elevator & more.

stay away … it’s not actually a good deal very rude and disrespectful staff , filthy rooms, the towel bar kept falling off the rack. they threatened to tow my car and said that if i left it in front of the hotel while checking in & paying to park in the lot that they would have it towed. horrible attitude mean people, an awful hotel, it’s a shame because it had so much potential. they charge you to hold your bags after check out and over $50 to park & there’s no water or beverages sold after 4 pm & there’s nowhere to park anywhere close by either
