What's a "Do Not Disturb" sign? I stayed three consecutive nights. On the last two nights, housekeeping staff entered my room with no regard for the "Do Not Disturb" sign upon the door. The first incident resulted in a reply of "you get what you pay for" from the manager, the second resulted in a reply of "don't worry about it, they probably just didn't see the sign". I booked through Travelocity, and went through their complaint procedures following the reply from the manager. Travelocity called the hotel while I was on hold, and my Travelocity Agent offered this: "I spoke to the manager, she advised that no one entered your room, they honored your 'Do Not Disturb' sign". Being nonrefundable, apparently for ANY reason, I feel as though I was beat out of the money I spent on the hotel. My purpose in staying there was a renovation to my own home, and I feel as though I'd've been better served by sleeping in my truck. I recommend this hotel to no one, as I am positive that the accomodations in Hell are provided by a more respectful staff.

it was either this or red roof inn about $67.00 the front desk clerk was confused where my room was.the room was over kill on febreeeze the scent was too much.the area is right off 265 and HIDES back off the interstate if you can't find and can afford try the other motels or hotels.the upside is FedEx Office is right across the street.if you made your reservation was made through aaa travel club/motor club they are right down the street.so you can change your reservation to a better hotel/motel.this motel NEEDS SOME SERIOUS UP KEEP.this proves how the motel owner really is.SPEND MORE MONEY!!!!!!

Greedy Management if they are even on Property This Hotel is Dirty I booked a room for two Adults they refused to give me a twin room unless I was willing to pay an additional $20 per night. This hotel has no difference in its price of a King Size room or a double on its web site. Unfortunately I booked this trip through Travelocity and these greedy people feel that they can treat you anyway they feel as it is non refundable. I would not recommend this hotel to my worse enemy. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful no Manager on property and front desk personnel unwilling to call them. If you are thinking of traveling to Louisville stay anywhere but here.

MIddle of the Road Stay This is a 20 minute bus ride from downtown. It only costs a $1.25 for a 2 hour fare. If you are interested in saving money by staying at a place outside of downtown, this is a great option. If you want access to campus, it is only a 3 block walk (through a very sketchy area...)
