Good lodging place Looks like a new or newer hotel. The room was very clean and modern. The shower was hot with a great stream and also had a water pic that you could adjust to get the spray you wanted. Breakfast was great and the food was replenished quickly when low. Parking as plentiful even though the hotel was full. Had an indoor pool, no hot tub. While I did not use the pool, the water felt cool so I assumed it was not heated. From my room, which was on the ground floor, I could not hear any hotel or street noise. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I had no issues. A very nice hotel.

Friendly Really helpful staff even at midnight. They found us a roll away for our family so everyone had a great nights sleep. We were right by the elevator and it was quiet. Clean, and standard Hampton fare for breakfast. Close access to the freeway for our morning drive into town.

Great place and location We stayed on Friday, Aug 2nd. 2024 where is it located in Middletown, Louisville. This place was very clean and the front desk staff in the evening hours was great. I found we were by Papa Johns Headquarters. This very nice place where the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. My only complaint was the breakfast area was small, we had to stand for ten minutes until someone finished eating. Overall great location and right next to Sam’s club. We even went Louisville Slugger which was only 20 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Hampton in a Great Location This is a super-nice Hampton Inn at a great location convenient to several routes through Louisville. Our room was clean, quiet, and pleasant with a comfy bed. Our coffeemaker was broken, which was not a big problem for us. We searched and searched and could not find the pen and notepad in the room, which was a problem when we needed to write something. Front desk advised us they had them available there. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. Breakfast was above average - and the availability of newspapers was a plus.

Gave our two bedroom room away. We scheduled a room in April for May. They overbooked the hotel for the PGA Tournament and gave our family a room with one king bed. They just said we gave your room away. They did nothing to correct their situation of overbooking. They told us we could call the GM on Monday. Good service would have been that the GM would call us on Monday. Good service would have been that the front desk clerk would have the power to correct the mistake by giving us a refund. But we got lousy service and were stuck with that room.
