Run Room 118 the shower head is broken. Room 116 the pipes make a loud noise like the drummer boy. They will only clean the room and/or change sheets if u complain. I never plan to visit that location again. If u are ever in the area, do urself a favor & look elsewhere. I wish someone had warned me.

Nightmare Mold and mildew. Roaches. Damp soiled carpet. Luke warm water. Smoke detectors don’t work. Detrimental. DO NOT STAY AT RAMADA IN LULING

Beware, this hotel is ran by local Drug Dealers... After renting a room with my two young children, I quickly packed my stuff and ran out of there. The front desk clerk is involved with local drug dealers, who use the pool area for free in exchange for drugs (which they bragged about). These people confronted my family at the pool, and after bragging about this informed me that they would be taking possession of my room for the evening, MY ROOM!!! He told me he was just released from prison and that he would be taking over my room. I packed my children up and left, but the front desk clerk, Ameca, would not check me out of the hotel. Rather than assist me, she began throwing insults at me. The drug dealer followed me into the lobby to intimidate and scare me further. I arrived at 2pm and left at 6pm after being chased out, never used the room, but was not allowed to check out. I left anyway, Im sure to the staff's delight bc that was one more room she could sell for drugs. I wanted to be checked out in the hotel's system to show proof of when I left, bc I was made aware of their plans for the room that I paid for, but she refused to check me out or give me a receipt. By the way, the rooms are not fit for human use. The stink of mold and mildew, the duvet looks like it has never been washed ever, and the bathroom door didnt close. I didnt even allow my children to sit on the beds. I tried to make the best ouf of the pool time, but as I previously stated, was chased away by local drug dealers, telling me I was on the wrong side of the tracks, and welcome to the hood. Stay away from this trash. I paid $106 for a couple of hours in the pool, and harassment from drug dealers and drug addict employees...

Terrible At check in we were first given an uncleaned room. Breakfast was a joke. Our toilet ran 24/7. The room was so damp carpet, bedding and towels were so disgusting. The Internet never worked a matter how many times we tried to login and what time of day it was. The ice machine did not work. Had to go to the desk to request toilet paper. Every single day our room card had to be updated by going to check in desk. We never received any apologies from anybody.
