Loud hotel Loud noises above us. No sound proofing? Banging and thudding both nights. Front desk said couldn’t do anything until after 10 pm. My bed time is 8 though? Got worse after I called front desk after 10. Still up. Breakfast was good. Beds are decent.

Very sad ! Very sad ! The quality and services went downhill quickly in front of my eyes in the last 24 months. I usually stay here due to location but will pick another brand instead. I booked on 1st floor in advance but not available upon arrival. Then they added the parking fee but take no responsibilities ? !! The room smelled awful, dogs are every where including elevator cars, no basic utensil in the kitchen unless you asked and asked, no oatmeal on breakfast counter - "we have none for today" as told. But the over or repeat charge for taxes is the worst (see photo of my bill) . Called to resolve this but site manager only available around 12 noon :( . Time to book with other brands just around the corner.

Great service, comfortable and the bistro is worth trying Absolutely love this hotel. Great staff. Bistro was really good. Greek Salad was amazing. My son loved the chicken wings. Pool is warm and inviting. Best part was the bed. I took photos of the tags on the pillows to purchase. Several soft, not too large pillows. Breakfast was okay. Typical hotel selection. Rooms have quiet strips on the doors to keep down the noise.

Great service not great breakfast We went on new years Eve so it was a little noisy but the staff was amazing and so friendly. My so is OCD and has to clean the room with Clorox wipes for peace of mind our room was so clean and put together there not a spec of dirt any. Such a great place. The breakfast was ok all the hot food was gone and the oatmeal was really soupy.

A Lot To Enjoy Lovely property, friendly staff, great pool (the hot tub may look small but it's really not, plenty of pool tools), well stocked coffee station, breakfast was standard Hampton fare nothing special, digital key did not work at all, TV selection was limited but the WiFi was strong, fast, and reliable.
