Friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay at Extended stay america, the stay was incredibly welcoming, Camesha was at the front desk and she greated us with care an comfort, I would definitely recommend Extended Stay to family and friends, I also like the fact that the hotel is a pet friendly place.

No frills but value traveling with pets So traveling with 2 dogs & the husband! So...this isn't a Hyatt. That said..it was clean, older, shabby with older frige lightly rusted microwave..price was GREAT location was nice in wooded area. The pillows were fluffy..a/c worked..and got a good rest. Front desk was a nice young man. There is an addl 100 deposit..refundable after 3 days..and no coffee maker or bowls silverware in room. So, if you need a no frill kinda place that's clean, with warm shower, decent bed, this is it. Looking for decor & amenities..keep driving!

A good budget stay for anyone looking to book but don’t expect luxury accommodations I stayed here alone and felt very safe, which was definitely a priority for me. I worked from my hotel room one day and the Wi-Fi worked well. Microwave and fridge both functioned well. The stove looked a little sketchy to me so I didn’t use it. Bed was a bit hard but not totally uncomfortable. Shampoo and body wash provided but FYI NO CONDITIONER. I had some delivered via DoorDash. Staff was friendly and helpful, even when I arrived hours after check-in because my flight didn’t get in until after midnight. The room could’ve used a bit more cleaning (I found someone else’s dirty clothes stuffed into the armchair when I was making sure I had all my belongings) but for the price, it worked.

Feces and Roaches To start, the person manning the desk was amazing! Very nice and friendly. That is about all that is good. The whole place smelled like a garbage dump. After getting off the elevator on the second floor there was some sort of animal feces. Not even fresh... when we opened the door to our room and turned on the lights, cockroaches scattered. The kitchen had yellow grease everywhere and the whole place was stained and gross. We had 3 kids ranging from 4 to 7 months old and did not feel safe here. We immediately checked out and found another place to stay. We are fortunate to have gotten our money back, but we would avoid this place like the plague.

Review My stay at Extended Stay America Powers Ferry Road Marietta Georgia was terrible. The manager was very unprofessional,will talk to you any type of way and operated like a prison Warden. Only some of the staff was professional,sometimes we would go to the front office and ask for towels or tissue and be told no because they had other things to do like sitting down doing nothing. I experience seeing roaches coming out of the outlet crawling on the walls and overall I would never stay at another extended stay America again I would advise that you only go to this hotel if you are desperate with nowhere else to go.
