Dirty sauna unsafe pool ladders Nicely updated rooms Pool sauna area is in need of basic cleaning but also updated or repaired. Ladders for pool are loose and need tightened up. There is a brown dirt ring around the sauna that should be wiped off. All it needs is to be wiped off with vleanong supplys.

Quiet Night This hotel is in the process of a remodel. During our stay the elevator wasn't working, but stairs aren't a problem for us. Really nice indoor pool and hot tub. Room clean. Nicely furnished. Typical breakfast and seating for this type of hotel. Few restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff.

Bedbugs Me & guest gotten ate up by bedbugs . No elevator. 2 floors with steps on each end of building. Alarm clock was broke & woke us up early morning. Wouldn’t turn off. No laundry room. Breakfast sucked. Nasty tasting . Pool had dozen preteens in it & hot tub. Were on unsupervised. Told front desk & they did nothing. I also told front desk about the bedbugs & showed them the bites. Respond was “Oh”. I also emailed management with the bedbug issue . They said they’d refund 20% of my money. Which does not even cover bites we endured or the bedbug bomb needed for the car. I would not recommend this place. But if you want to take the risk. Housekeeping woke us all up banging on door saying “housekeeping” . I attaching pic of the mattress in hotel room . If you enlarge it you can clearly see the bedbugs. And pics of SOME of the bedbug bites. I’m sure the facility will deny it. I did notice in a reviews another complaint of bedbugs which the facility denied. But the pics were very clear of bedbug bites. Will not let me use more then 2 pics . Sorry

Clean and Friendly Our room was VERY clean !!! Had everything we needed . The staff was super friendly , very helpful . Our bed was hard ( I am used to my soft bed at home ) but I did sleep great . Everything worked as it should . Had our grandchildren and we loved the pool and hot tub . Breakfast was great , waffles are always a favorite !! Plenty of fruit and choices .

Second choice to stay here but room was clean , breakfast was terrible but it was cheap so I can’t complain much. It was my second choice to stay here , for 90$ it was nice can’t complain much other then the pool and hot tub area the workers doesn’t stay on top of the towels , an breakfast is terrible .. cheap quality . Best part is their pillows and the bed !!!!
