Loud Cleaning Workers at Early Hours of the Morning Overall my stay was decent. Although this is true..Room was clean. Phone didn’t work. Around 8/8:30am cleaning lady was screaming very loudly LAUNDRY in the halls pounding on doors and letting them slam shut to where it was impossible to sleep.

Doing Better The pillows were nice, with four per bed and an option of how firm or fluffy you want them. Breakfasts were good, all four days! The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was okay (corners). The shower was very slippery, if you imagine Bambi on ice. The ice machine was broken on the third floor, and the vending machine area was empty (sign still up with arrow). We were disappointed that the pool was closed, but we were told that before we booked

No pool!!!!!! Out of service for months! No pool!!!!! We were shocked to find this out upon arrival! I booked this hotel for it's proximity to our event and that it had a pool for my wife to exercise in. Everything else was good, but the pool issue was a serious problem! Nice breakfast and nice staff otherwise.

Unethical Business BUYER BEWARE...BE VERY CAREFUL OF THS HOTEL. Unethical business practices. Had a reservation starting 5/2/24 - 5/5/24 for Indiana University Graduation. I booked the reservation 11 months and 22 days ahead of time (5/24/23). 2 days ago I get a notification from Expedia that my reservation was cancelled due to the hotel having overbooked. The real reason, I had a rate avg $143 per night and the going rate now is $300 - $400. I called and spoke to the desk manager Luke ? and all he said was he was sorry. He said they did it based on the fact that I was one of the last to book a room for this weekend. However, when i booked the room, there wasn't anything indicating this was one of the last rooms available or anything like that and I guarantee that booking almost one year in advance, I wasn't one of the last ones...it was because of the rate I had. And if they were overbooked, why did they wait until 6 weeks before our stay to figure that out? Luke ? was worthless and now I' completely in a bind with my only options to book a hotel in Bloomington for $600-$800 per night, another hotel in Martinsville for $400 per night or go up to the airport area (1 hour drive each way to Bloomington) for $200 per night. Shame on this hotel and shame on IHG Hotel for supporting this unethical money grab.

New Motel New motel with a great staff! Everything was done perfectly and the breakfast w As very good! The gentleman who served breakfast was very attentive with a great selection. The front desk attendant at checkin was very professional and provided suggestions and directions for our dinner. Great experience
