Scam billing Extremely poor general manager. Underhanded billing after being quoted a separate price and not being told about any changes. I was hung up on by the general manager he would not listen to anything I had to say. I've stayed at this location before for business for 4 months. I will never stay there again and I recommend to anyone who doesn't want to be billed fraudulently or deceitful. I will be contacting the Missouri Secretary of State to pursue further matters.

Not horrible but pretty low grade. I selected this hotel because it was a good price similar to other rooms but it was a suite and indicated breakfast was included. The rom was clean and the bed comfortable. But.. the breakfast indicated was lackluster. Al that was available was dry prepackaged muffins and oatmeal. The coffee was hot but only sweetened coffee mate creamer was available. Disgustingly sweet no milk. Useless as a breakfast. I saw a banana in the basket when I arrived so I know they had more. I asked the manager (around 7:50am) if they were going to refill the selection as there was only 3 muffins left. Any fruit. He said no we don’t offer fruit. Just what you see. Many of our customers are long term. Some have been living here since 2019. Kind of a flop house.

"Safe, clean, convenient" Mgr. Ron Cook and his staff were fantastic!! They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my 2 mo. long stay. They were professional and respectful to all customers they encountered. My room was clean and the bed was comfy! Would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I do not recommend this place. Rusty/dirty cabinets, rug dirty/worn, smoke detector falling from ceiling, no light in refrigerator, only one office chair at dining table, leak in shower from upstairs room every time someone above us would take a shower. Toilet would not flush properly! When I asked for maintenance the first time, I was told he would be in at 9 am, then I was told noon, & finally when I called back they said he must have called off! Had to go to office to get plunger & plunge it myself! Luckily I kept the plunger in the bathroom because we had to use it quite often! No cleaning lady…we stayed 4 nights & was told that we were not on the service list so if we needed anything like towels or utensils, we would have to go to front desk. When we requested utensils from office, among the silverware was a rusted can opener! No way would I have let anyone use that thing! I guess I should have asked for a second chair so we could both sit at table to eat but they probably would have given me a rusted/rotted, falling apart chair!! Also the heater would blow out a blast of cold air when it kicked on! There was a wide gap under the door where the draft stopper had come off so we had to put towels against door to keep winter cold air from coming in! Very disappointed for as much as we had to spend per night! I will never stay here again!
