Best hotel in Mason City Best customer service I have ever received. The staff here is amazing! The hotel is nice and clean and they have a good breakfast too. Nice pool and fitness center and the hotel is located close to retail stores and restaurants.

Great accommodations and staff! It was a fabulous place for a family reunion. We used the meeting room which works out great for us. The rooms were clean and spacious with both refrigerators and microwaves. The kids loved the pool! The staff were personable and attentive!

Excellent place to stay This is a really great hotel to stay at. The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is good. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out is easy as well. I’ll be back for sure!

Excellent hotel Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool area very nice. Attentive staff. Downside, breakfast choices were lacking and hot tub was out of service, but the pool was awesome, so made up for it. Overall recommend.

Not worth the price The room was dated, not worth the money I paid. Light switches and electrical outlets were dated, bathroom door was difficult to close, found some clumps of hair in the towels, floors felt damp. The staff was friendly and helpful.
