Ran down with Bed Bugs Extremely outdated, cleaning services were every 4 days instead of 2 which probably helps the fact that I didn’t get bed bugs, but that rest of my team of 25 people did. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Take the time to travel the extra 15 minutes into Little Rock.

Much in need of updating. Carpet torn in the room. Chairs frayed. We had to beg for room to be cleaned and fresh towels. All areas need updated. Front desk staff was friendly but cleaning crew was not very nice when ask to please clean room.

I Loved the Service I came in for an event and the staff was very helpful. The location was well lit. There was ample parking, very clean and good breakfast. It is close to other eateries. I can't wait to go back to this location.

Clean and quiet Rooms, beds, and linens are clean. Special care is taken to ensure breakfast room/coffee station are clean too (cups and utensils are individually wrapped and gloves are offered at the buffet station). Breakfast was cheese filled omelettes and maple glazed sausages - a twist on the normal Hampton Inn eggs, potatos, and sausages.

Needs work, or else a rebrand Here's the deal. The Good: Check in and out was easy, room was clean, breakfast tasted good, breakfast staff was friendly. The not so good: This place is REALLY run down. Room furniture/carpet, seating in breakfast area...too many things to mention.. but if a Hilton top exec comes in this place and looks around much at all, this place will be rebranded to a lesser tier hotel in about 2 seconds. Just sayin'.
