Service so so comforting Great customer service Front desk Mya Ashley Danyelle Very helpful and professional but the room needs some work the Ac leaks really bad The microwave is so rusted The refrigerator is dirty and outdated Update the amenities and the drapes are falling won’t close properly

Memphis Airport Assistant Manager Mya and Assistant Manager Ashley was outstanding when it came to my outstanding experience . Service was outstanding service that exemplified heart warming welcome and I loved me experience with the assistant manager the general manager was ok not she can be better with her customer service and care.

Number one hotel I wouldn't choose another one I absolutely love this hotel the staff is great the pillows quilts sheets the whole place is just absolutely and the laundry facility is great they also have complimentary breakfast and I would not choose another hotel. But out of everything the staff I give them a 200 out of a 1 to 10

Satisfied. Staff was very friendly and the customer service was on point. I didn’t have a problems that they couldn’t fix. The carpet was a bit dirty but other than that the room was clean. I think that if I ever come back to Memphis, this is where I would choose to stay.

Great experience Ask for Ms Mya she is helpful sweet and always go above and beyond for her hotel guests I have seen her treat everyone with respect and understanding great choice ! And the rooms clean and make sure that everything is getting done. The others always give friendly reminders so I don’t feel nervous to ask. The WiFi stable and room is spacious but Ms Mya is the one you want to talk to
