Never Again Won't be staying at this hotel again. I gave it two out of five: was fairly clean and staff were nice enough. But things started off badly when they refused to take a Choice gift card I had: you are a Choice property, aren't you? Then the air conditioner never worked properly so the room was warm and damp from humidity. The mattress was so soft and squishy that I could barely get enough traction to turn over. The love seat was a nice addition to the room except it was stained and dirty. And finally, the "hot" breakfast--the only hot item was the ubiquitous waffles. The whole breakfast consisted of 2 kinds of cereal, yogurt, sliced white bread for toast, some cellophane wrapped mini-muffins that, judging by the color of whatever was in them, were leftover from Christmas, some apples and coffee. No juice of any kind or milk for drinking; don't know what people with children would give them to drink (or what adults like us who don't drink coffee would have either) Positively the worst hotel breakfast I can remember. And the chairs in the breakfast area were ripped and torn. Walls were thin and we heard bumping noises all night as well as noisy road traffic. All in all, not a stay we are likely to repeat.

Breakfast was a joke Breakfast consisted of waffles, 2 cold cereals, yogurt and apples. Coffee and juice were empty. Had to pay a deposit even though our room was on our hotel points. Didn't get the refund back for 5 days. Have never in my years of traveling had a "hot Breakfast" that was so pathetic. Never had a breakfast that didn't at least have bread to make toast. Our room stunk with a very strong chemical smell that would almost make you throw up every time we left and came back to the room. The smell was just sickening. Made me wonder if they had not just fumigated the room for bugs.

Cancelled Reservation with no notice, “upgraded” to a smaller bed I made a reservation on Thursday, to check in Friday and out on Sunday. When I arrived on Friday night, I was told by the front desk associate my reservation had been cancelled because he “had a large group show up”. He told me he tried to call me, and I informed him I received no calls. He used the front desk phone to try to call my number, and it did not go through. He then tried to call his own personal number, which also did not go through, indicating a problem with the hotel phone. The resolution offered, in place of the king room I booked, was a double queen room for a higher price. I informed him this was acceptable. And he agreed to match the previous rate minus $5. I told him I would reach out to the manager. My experience with issues of double bookings and unavailable rooms on a reservation is that you offer the lowest tier rate possible as compensation for the issue, and you take responsibility for the error. When I contacted the manager after checkout asking what can be done, he informed me they “were unable to get ahold” of me and since I “didn’t confirm the reservation” they cancelled it. Despite having an email which says, word for word, “your reservation is confirmed”. Further, he tried to tell me that I was “given an upgrade at an even lower rate” than I booked. I explained that two queens beds in place of the king bed I reserved is not an upgrade. That’s a smaller bed for me, degraded from what I reserved. So in summary: this hotel cancelled my confirmed reservation for a walk-in, didn’t notify me, gave me a smaller bed which they called an upgrade, and thought that $5 off was sufficient. They didn’t respond to my latest email yet, if they do. All this doesn’t even mention things like the cracked and leaking shower, the breakfast with no coffee or milk, etc. The pool/hot tub was nice. I would recommend spending the extra $20 a night and go to the Hampton Inn, it’s just not worth the headache here. I know I won’t be back. And I’m sure I’ll get the same copy and pasted response that all the 1 and 2 reviews get.

Great service and comfortable rooms. Our check in was excellent at 3:00 am. The room was clean and comfortable. No hot breakfast but they do have brown bags to go. Excellent stop and close to our delivery location. We had ample room to park with long van and long trailer. Come expecting a great night.

Our 2nd time to stay here; no breakfast We like this location since it is close to our sons apartment. We stayed in a king size room. Room number 108. The rooms are not big however they are comfortable. Our room had a two person loveseat. Suggestion: upgrade the a/c unit. It had a difficult time pulling the humidity out of the room and cooling it off. I am disappointed that management is not offering any type of grab and go breakfast. I understand there are limitations due to COVID-19 and having the breakfast buffet. Allowing guests to choose from an assorted list of items that are individually prepackaged would have been a nice alternative. If you can offer coffee in the lobby, how would that preclude you from offering prepackaged items.
