Amazing Such a friendly and professional staff. They took great care of us!!! My wife and I and our five kids had breakfast in their dining room. Staff was incredibly friendly and professional and took great care of us.

The Spa here is FANTASTIC and the Hotel is spotless and so clean! My first visit to the spa went fantastic. Caroline Wilmot is the Spa Director is she was fantastic, so professional and pleasant. I received the 80 min swedish massage with some of the massage received by a hot stone. This was my first time and I loved it. They use a terrific oil that has a mild and refreshing basil smell and the my massage therapist (Manulyn) was fantastic. I highly recommend this spa, you will love it.

Family stay! Hotel staff is very friendly! From valet parking to room service this hotel makes it one of the best in town! Although is in need of room renovations staying at the Intercontinental should be anyone's first option! Breakfast is a must!!!!!!

Toro Toro Bar = Amazing While waiting to visit the Van Gough exhibit in Miami, my mother and I went to the bar to kill some time before the event. Victor was our bartender. He was so incredibly attentive and kind. The food was delish! And overall, would come back (especially for happy hour!) !

ToroToro restaurant Victor at the bar was fantastic. Friendly and very attentive. Stayed and had another drink just because of him. He created a shot for us which was delicious. It's a bonus if He is behind the bar. Seek him out when you there.
