Veteran I only give it a”2” because it was clean and new from the outside and the lobby was the same. When I ask if they gave a veteran discount, I was told no only active duty and that the only rooms that they had available was a pet room and no, I could not have that at a discount and it was at and at an elevated rate because there was a graduation going on in town in August? I found the receptionist to be cold and indifferent and almost bordering on rude and well I don’t wanna say anything bad about anybody so I won’t.

Great place to stay This was a great place to stay! The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was amazing. The breakfast was great consisting of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pastries, waffles, etc. We would stay here again.

Sweet Mountainous Suite Would rate it a 4.5 out of five if possible. This Sleep Inn is located a short distance from the busy highway in a quiet mountainous spot. A somewhat older hotel, yet the suite was nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. Beds comfortable. Good continental breakfast. Spacious parking. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

We’d stay here again Hotel was very clean. Room smelled really good! Comfy bed and pillows. Good breakfast too!. We were traveling with our small dog, nice to find a nice reasonably price pet-friendly hotel. Great proximity to Cumberland Gap National Park. Only slight disappointment was the woman who checked us in, she must not have been having a good day.

Very nice place to stay On a recent road trip to Virginia, My Husband and I were looking for a place to stay on our way back home. Started looking in Middlesboro, Kentucky. chose the sleep because it looked nice and the price was definitely right. I was a little concerned having never stayed at a sleep in before. But this was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We had a king size suite which had a refrigerator and microwave and in room coffee. The shower was wonderful with plenty of towels. The full breakfast the next morning was great with eggs, sausage biscuits, fruit, yogurt, hot, and cold cereal, and waffles . The staff was friendly and accommodating, and even slid the receipt under the door the next morning. I would definitely consider a sleep in again based on this experience. Plus the price was right at $134 a night.
