Enhanced internet scam You can connect enhanced internet for a $6.95 fee or free with gold elite status or higher. I chose this and my speeds were less than 2MBPS. My phone is faster than their “enhanced internet” so no work got done, when I attempted to chat with the front desk about this I didn’t get a single reply. Never staying here again.

Love this hotel but problems booking. Room and hotel were great but in booking I was charged for 25 points costing $312. I did not want these points. Have been trying to get this corrected but customer service has not been helpful at all. Would like to talk to general manager.

pretty good First the negatives: no keurig coffee maker, and very few usb ports. To be more precise there were TWO ( I just realized it's possible that there were additional ones in the tv). For a supposedly higher end hotel it 2021 I feel that is absolutely unacceptable. But....even those two did not work. The pool was VERY small, basically a large bathtub. The front desk staff was at best ok. The positives: overall nice room. Nice size. Comfortable beds. THere is a very nice outdoor area.

Nice choixe Close to everything. The bistro was a nice choice for some drinks. I found the food items to just be ok and a tad pricey. The staff was pleasant. The room was very clean. I liked you were waking distances to some restaurants.

The visit was a weekend getaway. They are amazing. No matter what time you are checking in the staff is always friendly. This time I checked in around 11pm. I was tired from driving had my grandson. The staff was about to change shift but the young lady stood with me until we finished. Rooms are clean Lobby is clean. You have several places to eat walking distances.
