Construction still going on while renting rooms Where do I start. I needed a first floor room which they gave me but failed to tell me they were still doing construction in the hall. I had pets with me and the noise was making them bark. We were called when we were eating dinner to tell us our dog was barking. He wouldn't have barked if there wasn't constant noise in the hall from all the construction which didn't stop til after 6 pm. Secondly, I went to use the coffee maker in our room and it still had coffee in it from the prior renter. Needless to say we packed up and left that night. Do not recommend this hotel for anyone with pets or likes things cleaned before you take over room.

Excellent Staff and Accomodations I highly recommend this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable and cared for. Everyone from the front desk to the hostesses and housekeeping had a smile and kind words, EVERY DAY! The rooms were clean and housekeeping comes daily. I appreciated the compassion and caring expressed by staff at the loss of my loved one (we were staying there to be close to the hospital). They went above and beyond to ensure we were ok. This was exceptional and meant so much to me and my family.

Nice hotel Comfy bed with an actual comforter. Huge king. Great pillows. Clean. Staff was friendly. Great location. Good breakfast. Would stay there again. Not noisy but lots of people there. That made me feel better.

Door rooms left ajar, open door upon arrival. Dismissive and indifferent staff members. Return stay on business a year later after initial review. Booked the stay because of the low rate, but it is worth more than $50 dollars to know that the room you are going to stay in will be locked when you arrive. My room and 4-5 other rooms on my floor were left open when I arrived at 8:45 pm. For all of these rooms to be left open, it means that hotel staff had walked by these rooms and either didn’t notice or didn’t care from the time they were turned over to when I arrived late evening. Additionally, when I made hotel staff aware of these concerns, they didn’t take any responsibility beyond confirming that they should have been locked. When I left an internal only review communicating my concerns, the hotel manager Luke Shields was indifferent and dismissive.

Disgusting accommodations Filthy bug infested room with black mold on ceiling. Wallpaper falling off and heat cool didn’t work . Highly advise to find another place to stay . I will never stay at a Hilton again ! No room service for towels ! I made a bad choice - I’m warning ya find another place - I want to add pics and can’t ?!
