Fabulous Hotel in Downtown Minneapolis This hotel is top notch. The room was spacious and lovely. The bathroom had a separate sunk in tub. The amenities are wonderful. There is a great restaurant in the hotel and a really cool bar in the basement. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I've seen. It had two Peloton bikes, multiple concept 2 rowing machines, air runners in addition to treadmills and every other machine you would find at a nice fitness center. There is also a spa on the property.. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Last Minute Gem! Booked Hotel Ivy at the last minute to salvage an anniversary trip in another state botched by a different hotel. Nailed it! Hotel Ivy is well kept and appointed, very clean, perfectly situated for discovering the outdoors and the city, and the staff members are amazing and you can tell they love what they do!

Good relaxed Weekend The staff is very attentive and the location is excellent!!! We were dying to go somewhere after the pandemic and decided to spend a weekend at this hotel. The rooms are very nice and the fitness center is good too. Used the spa facility and the steam room too...

Overpriced mediocrity The furnishings and staff at the hotel are lovely, as is Anda Spa. Sadly, our room had a FILTHY bathroom vent and dust on the wardrobe shelves when we arrived. Trash left in tables in public spaces for days. We had breakfast at Monello (hotel restaurant) one morning and it was awful. Undercooked hash browns and toast had to be sent back because it was still bread. Our room was not cleaned when we went out for several hours and returned in the afternoon. I’d estimate the hotel is at 20-30% occupancy at most, so we were baffled by the terrible food and lack of cleanliness. This is not a four star hotel environment. We won’t stay here again.

Perfect hometown relaxation I'd return to the Ivy any time for their soaking tubs, but the whole experience is wonderful too. It was quiet, calm, and squeaky clean in the room. Their Byredo bath amenities are truly delicious (how I wish I had taken that lotion home...). Wonderful service from everyone - and Tanya at the lobby bar made my day. I plan to come back when the spa is open (only Friday-Monday right now). I do wish they would use real china for the room service - seems like it could be done safely even with covid. And I missed having a pen and real glasses in my room. I could have called down for them, but perhaps we could select items we'd like during check-in, to avoid having to ask for them.
